BBC Sixty Minutes (1983-1984)

The replacement for Nationwide was heavily trailed before the launch.
The trailer is from Sunday 23/10/83 and the programme launched on Monday 24th (BBC Leeds Brian Baines wearing a bow tie for the occasion).
The following intro is from Newcastle with Mike Neville the next day.
The disaster intro where either the picture or the sound will play - but not both is from 16th November. By 3rd January 1984 it was revamp time - new furniture and altered titles. The BBC used the branding for the 1984 Budget - with David Dimbleby. But by the 27th of July 1984 that was IT.
