I think a lot of younger folks can get a little too quick to judge those who don’t understand less accepted lifestyles because they’re used to that lack of acceptance going hand in hand with the lack of understanding. But much like any way to love, it’s not for everyone. Everyone has their own way of loving others, and bridging the gap of understanding between human emotions is already well known to be near impossible, so I’ve never been sure why people make an exception for love. Possibly because people want to think there’s a “highest” form of love and all others are lesser, but it’s simply not true!
