If she is on medications or taking NSAIDS this can increase bruising. As well, weakened skin or blood vessels as we age can contribute or dehydration. Begin with the K1 and increase hydration, re-evaluate from there.

Yes she's in her late 50s but has been regularly visiting the gym for the past 1.5 year and is active. Could you kindly help me with one more thing?
