Note As you can see Velocidad code comes with nitro boost.. like this: "80056034 3700"
You can modified for the code I used that sometimes like "1550" like secret car boost.
These codes you need to use emulator called "ePSXe" version 2.0.0 or 2.0.5, for windows ONLY!: www.emuparadise...

This code was made by Commando or something, this code will access on Take a Ride mode, you choose any city, any cars and your good to go. However, you don't like the location of start point from Survival, you can have Take a Ride location codes.

Ok, I was able to turn cop cars into civilians, but only on the outside, the engine sounds are still the same as cops'. Can someone explain what did I do wrong?
