I REALLY appreciate the approach to lifestyle factors this practitioner has taken. It’s along the lines of what we’d love to teach patients in Western medicine but we just don’t have the time to go through it all as thoroughly and I think the general principles of balance and adequate nutrition for energy are really important. A lot of dietary fads involve cutting out whole food groups which is generally a terrible idea (unless you’ve been diagnosed with something like Coeliac’s) so I just love her approach.
Magnesium is meant to be good for sleep. I have nerve pain so use magnesium lotion- really soothes my burning stabbing pain down my neck, shoulders and arms 😁✌️
I've been watching your videos for sleeping its amazing i love and all of that, but now i discovered that i can also watch while working because somehow seeing you and the other person just talking it helps me a lot with focusing!

Protein doesn’t just come from meat or fish. It comes from milk and nuts and beans and eggs too. I don’t eat meat or fish so get my protein from vegetarian sources. And I do get collagen and iron without eating meat or fish. She’s lovely though!
