  • Ajahn Amaro looks at the different interpretations of the term "Sangha" and explains how it's not just a group of people who happen to practice the Dharma together, but a deeper bond of shared values and aspirations. In this video, he emphasizes the importance of cultivating a strong and supportive Sangha, and highlights the vital role that the Sangha plays in the Buddhist path, both as a source of inspiration and guidance, and for the continuation of the Buddha's teachings in the world.

Sadhu! Thank you for this video. I just gave a talk on the importance of Pali at my temple and there was some disagreement about the definition of Sangha. This helps to clear it up! 🙏🙏🙏
