You guys hit the nail on the head, 21-27 JUL 18, was our visit to paradise. It looks like y'all did the exact things we did minus the Scuba. We had a ball, food was awesome, minus the steak at Kobe...Little tuff. Other than that all was 5 Star. Sunset Cruise, Dune Buggy, Fast boat Snorkel. Barbados is next as well. Looking at doubling up and adding Antigua. 5 days at each resort.

no we haven't been to a sandals since our son was born 7 yrs ago! been torn between antigua or Grenada if we ever.get to go. now I have a better idea of one so I can't wait to see the other ;) our friends went to antigua a few times and loved it. and im a little bit jealous but happy you guys get to go so often. happy belated anniversary ! for now I'll have to live vicariously through you lol. we are going to BTC in aug but really miss sandals 1 on 1 time. one day I guess! thanks again! maybe Barbados will be after antigua. lol
Another fun video! The new format was very informative. Looks like an amazing place to visit. The suite was huge. How does this destination rank against your other Sandals trips? It looks like its a more intimate / smaller resort.

My goal is not to just capture our special moments and vacation but also to make my video informative for possible future travelers. The resort staff and grounds were the best yet. I would say it's a medium sized resort. It almost has two different personalities. The Beach side is very laid back and the South side pool is more lively. The great thing is. If you get tired of one you can head to the other. I would recommend this resort to any one. Stay in touch!

I'm getting married next year and this is our honeymoon destination. I'm still trying to figure out how to book all the excursions that waterfall looked so beautiful
MS Muffin 82, First you will not regret going. We have been to several resorts and this resorts TOPS them all. You have a couple of options as far as the water fall. you can book on site at "Island Routes" which will cost much more. or, you can contact La Haliconia hotel and set it up through them. It only cost us 70 per couple for the day. We recruited two more couples from the resort and split the cost three ways. Thanks again for checking my channel out and please don't forget to subscribe. Just watched your video, and my husband and I are looking in to staying at a Sandals resort for our 5 year anniversary. The Grenada resort looks wonderful, and I feel at ease booking there! How were the flights where you were coming from?
Kelley, You will not regret staying at a Sandals. Sandals Grenada was awesome! We flew in from Ohio and it was a long day of travel. Our flight was free due to ski miles so we didn't complain. Our flight arrived late, that is why we stayed at another hotel the night before we checked in at Sandals. That was well worth the money. You will have a great time and any Sandals resort.
Have you been to halcyon in st lucia?! If so which one would you recommend? We stayed in halcyon for our 10year but was told this one was even more amazing. Hope you answer back 👍🏼
FOURTHIRTEEN VLOG our very first Sandals was 8 years ago for our 29 anniversary. We stayed at St Lucia Grand and lived it. We did visit Halcyon and La Toc. Halcyon is the most budget friendly out of all three but it did seem a little subdued. However, you can catch the free shuttle to visit all three. That’s pretty cool. Now, we have been to all of the Beaches and seven Sandals. Grenada was AMAZING and would go back in a second. But, Sandals Negril is small with a BIG bang. We loved Sandals Negril and would no hesitate to go back. The staff at Negril was the best we have ever experienced. Those are our top two best so far. Hope that answers your question. If, I was forced to make decision of the two I would reluctantly go to Grenada.

Yes, we felt staying at the La Heliconia when we arrived and last day. It did cost us a 160 doilies more but it allowed us to maximize our time at Sandals. We arrived at Sandals at 9:00 am and left the last day at 10:30 pm. Sandals watched our luggage for us both times. Sandals has a great, large bathroom with a shower that allowed us to clean up for dinner the last night. Take care!

g gklynman - first, I want to say thank you for checking my channel out. You will LOVE Sandals. Back to your question of how we book. We always look at what works best in our favor. So, we check Sandals website first. The prices on the website is the same price as TA's. we have found that booking through Sandals Select works best for us. We like being able to call Sandals Select anytime we want and get an answer. If you book it through a TA, Sandals Select will not work with you. Also, when you book through Sandals Select they will ship you the Sandals luggage tags, Sandals travel pouch etc. TA's typically do not. Now, get your price from Sandals Select and than ask your agent and don't be afraid to compare. Most important, HAVE FUN!
I'm trying to decide which resort to go to... currently we have Sandals South Coast reserved, but am contemplating exchanging it for LaSource. Do you have any recommendations?
I have been to both - They are bot GREAT! and it all depends on what you want. By far Grenada is better when it comes to food (Butches off the chart), convenience in drive time from the airport, rooms are much nicer, diving and snorkeling. South Coast is a large resort with a great 2 mile private beach that is adjacent to another public beach with ZERO dwellings. The evening walks are great. All of the rooms are beach front. I am a diver and I can say that the diving and snorkeling were not good at all. The water off the beach has a tendency of a lot of sea weed. South Coast is on the south side of the island and has nothing around it. No shopping etc. I have a Sandals White house video on my You Tube page that may answer some questions for you. We love all Sandals and Beaches and we find there is no such thing as a bad Sandals/ Beaches. If I was making a decision on the two I would select Grenada over South Coast. Grenada is Sandals most popular as of today. Enjoy your time!!

I first want to tell not to worry because this resort is AMAZING and i will gaurentee that yo and your fiancé will have a great time celebrateing this new chapter of your life. We never had an issue with one mosquito. Now, because we were there in Feb that may have helped. I am not sure what it is like in the summer months. You will hear the resort treating the grounds for bugs, mosquitos etc. It happened around 6:30 am and around there to four times a week. If you are up you will not miss it. You will see a man with a blower on his back and it looks like smoke he is blowing. Again, Go and have a great time because I know that you guys will. Take care!!!!!
