The one I loved most is the officer saying "No! Get the kid!!" as he scrambles to grab a child that had fallen when his own dad had taken him hostage(of course douche got one-tapped). When the officer sat down with the child, he had calmed down immediately.

Its quite a bit older but what about the one tap on that guy who took his kid hostage and was about 150 feet away? He was using his kid as a shield and the cop was walking along with the car and sniped the guy. Runs up after while his fellow officers told him to wait and grabs the kid.
