Another great walkthrough James. I have the East West Composer Cloud, which has all their products, but I haven't used it much, especially things like the Pop Brass and Backing Singers. Love what you can get from the EZ range, will thing about getting them if they go on a good deal at some point.
Cheers Mark. I don't have the cloud but a fair few of their fab instruments. For some reason i don't seem to use them much.....i should though!! Love Toontrack as well!
Using a controller can you assign the key switches to the controller pads and knobs? I am the keyboard player who plays all of the brass sections in our R&B band. I am more interested in how this program would work in a live situation. Not sure how much I would use the licks or the phrases. I might use this with my DAW but probably more often playing live.
Ma man, I'm using most of these to make 'retro/real instrument" arrangements of old videogame songs and this helped me a lot. This software is so powerful and your workflow is very similiar to mine. Trying to learn the EW stuff for some upcoming jams.
James, you're an incredibly talented man. You use the same virtual gear I use (Toontrack) except I don't use EZ Bass. Not knocking it but I have Triian Bass module and I have so much fun creating my own bass parts. But you are masterful and inspire me to expand my creativity even more. Keep doing what you're doing.
Underrated channel. The end song was super cool and sounded really. I would've really used a different organ patch... And added more transients to the bass! Otherwise, great great stuff
Very good arrangements, congratulations! I was trying to find a video about the pop Hollywood brass other than the company video. Thank you!
You are very welcome and thank YOU.

Great that it helped!

Thanks so much for that John. Touched that I have inspired you! Keep creative!

Folk just seem to LOVE putting horn players out of work. You're a real credit to the art. Well done for murdering the music business for horn players.
Nothing, i repeat nothing will replace the real musician!! The real thing will and can never be replaced.
interesting!!!
