Great video as usual. Something I want to add is that we often are more harsh on ourselves and judge ourselves more than other people do. It takes guts to take the first step but everything becomes easier after that. We may feel hesitant to speak English at first, but the reality is that self improvement is a little uncomfortable and the early we accept it, the better it is. My English skills skyrocketed in the last 2 years, when I decided to not judge myself and go with the flow
