@@VACborn yes I replaced the files and then I open the game and can only hear the music. I've seen a few others with this issue and non have been able to fix it. I am usually pretty bad at these so it might be a skill issue but I've watched like 10 different videos and its not working.
Disregard the last tutorial. It’s not working anymore. Use it to download and setup bepinex and texture replacer. I marked it as steps 5 and 6. Then download the version 3.0.1 of pokemod. Then use the new tutorial as visual and drag the whole folder over the TCG card shop simulator folder on your drive. Replace all files and it should work the same way it is for me.
I think the reason my plushies were messed up was I'm not able to pull up that window with F1. The mod seems installed, I have the PokeMod logo, the music, and all the cards and whatnot changed. Only issue is the plushes and that F1 doesn't do anything. Not sure what's wrong.
Try watching the video at the BepInEx part again. BepInEx does all the work. Drag all BepInEx folders into the main directory of TCG then make sure to add Texture replacer into plugins section of BepInEX folder. It should work after that. You can also try reinstalling the game if you played with the folders a lot. You could've changed something that the mod doesn't like. if the window appears when you press F1, you are all set! let me know how it goes and if I can help!
@@VACborn yeah not sure what's wrong cause all the files seem to be where they should be and i'm still not getting the F1 menu. I would uninstall and reinstall, but I don't want to lose all my game progress...
Try deleting other game you do not care about losing progress in to test it out, or try verifying the integrity of game files like I shown at the end of the video.

try deleting BepInEx and texture replacer from the folder and only install pokemod game files without the plushies folder. You should see everything except the plushies. Let me know if that helps.

@VACborn I've tried everything including completely uninstall/reinstall and nothing works.. I feel like I'm probably missing something stupidly obvious but I've watched 3 different tutorials and can't even get part of it to work.. literally nothing is working

@VACborn i couldn't get the mod working again.. when I extracted it to its own file it looks like many files aren't there.. I'm not savvy enough to figure it out so I've left it alone for now.. so frustrating that it was working until I put the new update then completely fubar after
@@VACborn i found the fix on the mod page for the issues some people have been having, its caused by a stealth update done to the game buy the devs. As of game version 0.46, I was able to get the textures to work by doing the following: - Downloading and installing the Pokémod 3.0 update, following the Readme.TXT - On Steam, right-click the game and go to Properties->Installed Files->Verify integrity of game files. It should repair and replace 3 game files. - Launch the game. The game should no longer crash, and you should see the mod textures loaded in. The only thing that won't work is the Pokémon music. here is the fix i used
Took me awhile but i deleted everything the game and started fresh, i installed bephln and texture replacer like normal but for the mod itself i went to my files look for my steam folder Steam apps > common and i drag an dropped the mod folder into common and it ended up working, if it says shelf error just verify integrity on steam and it will work again
You are free to skip through the video that's why I left time stamps there. Many people prefer when I go slow, because there is smaller chance for mistakes to happen. Btw this tutorial is outdated. You can check out the ones still working for version 3.1 and 3.4 for this mod.

i keep getting "shelf data not loaded correctly" when i get into the game and it crashes and takes me back to the start screen

Did you overwrite the files in the game directory? You could've only dragged over the music file. Try it again and let me know.

If you upload it to steam cloud it will keep your progress
Try deleting other game you do not care about losing progress in to test it out, or try verifying the integrity of game files like I shown at the end of the video.

its only a reskin so everything should still work.

followed all steps but have the problem of nothing but the music working, no menu stuff, cards, nothing at all

Even following all the steps I get the music, I get the booster box as Scarlett on the first line but everything else is still normal

I had to reinstall Steam a half hour ago and now it won't let me sign in.. I've changed my password 3 times and it won't accept it.. is Steam down?
It works for me now. The mod shouldn't affect steam.
