- Time travelling - who'd have thought the first time it would ever get used would be to go back in time on a football-based video game? We've gone back over 10 years in a FIFA 21 Career Mode save to see what would happen. It broke everything. Shock.

I looked up each player that actually transferred (not loaned) and they had all been at their teams since '08 so the game was still only allowing players who had joined before the "current day" to leave. I feel like the game would pretty quickly run out of players to transfer. There can't be a huge amount of current players on the game that have been at their current club that long.

Okay a few things: First of all. 15 YEARS OF CONTRACT REMAINING. Second of all: If Arsenal gets top spot because of alphabetical order, does that mean that West Brom, Wolves and West Ham get relegated on alphabetical order? If you keep doing that for long enough, the clubs with the letters in the beginning of the alphabet will end up in the prem and championship, and the letters at the end of the alphabet will end up in EFL League One and Two, purely based on their name

We really need something that actually restores a modern fifa to a mid 2000s players database.
I'd buy a game with modern graphics but 2005 players with future players loaded as youths that come into existence on the game when they really did so you could ACTUALLY do a 15 year career mode with real players up to 2020.
