One of the best space docs I've seen in a minute. Life long astronomer who worked in spaceflight and public science communicator. Highly recommend. Great modern information and is easy to digest.
Sir , the illusion of Naza CGI photos and documents and it is garbage by the way , the earth is flat and big and closed system and many other things... Wake up
Thank you so much for creating and posting this video. What a blessing. Especially enjoyed the part about how life began in the oceans. Well done, indeed.
Two hundred years before, this kind of information presented in an incredible visual illustration was not even imaginable... I wonder what we will be missing in another two hundred years from now...
Grear documentary! I really enjoyed it. After watching, I would say that life in the Universe is most likely extremely rare and Earth like planets also. If we are literally made from debris, dust and chemical processes, I can't imagine anything else but being an exotic species. We don't know if there is any kind of being outside of Earth and it could easily happen that we never find it. And thinking about being alone in the Universe or at least few light years around is absolutely terrifying. If we ever detect life outside Earth, it will completely change our perspective on everything.
At 2:30 is the most wondrous CGI of astronomy I've ever seen. Amazing! Thank you for astounding visuals. However, I'm sorry to say the music, or soundscape, does not dazzle, but distracts from the substance of this gem.
Very well done. Should have included a word about plate tectonics, though. That’s another feature that the other rocky planets lack, and it seems to play an important role in, as well.
"Wow, I am truly impressed by the incredible work this team has done! Their dedication and hard work have truly paid off, and it's amazing to see the positive impact they're making in the world. Keep up the fantastic work!"
Oh my god, it's like watching an action movie in Hollywood! From the beginning, the video already has dramatic background music, Earth has definitely gone through an intense adventure! Who would have thought that one day we would sit here and review the 'legendary life' of our planet.
A lot of work and state of scientific understanding went into this excellent production. The one criticism I have is at no time is there any acknowledgement of any sense of mystery of all the coincidences that had to occur to make it all possible. Something that even Einstein understood: "Coincidences are god's way of remaining anonymous".
I already read some of these about Earth, but this video demonstration is awesome to watch. Probably one of the best documentary about Earth and deserves more views!
By 12:50 the random music felt like a techno-massacre/anxiety-express, really grated my nerves raw. But the graphic images are incredible--especially Theia's collision/decimation.
The thing that slays me about most of these documentaries, (addressing the questions of the origins of this or that), is that most of them make statements as if they were "facts." The answer(s) to these origins are more educated hypothesis than "facts."
i really enjoyed the visuals and the depth of information in this video, it's clear a lot of effort went into it. but i can't help but wonder if we really understand the full scope of how life could've begun given the harsh conditions of early Earth. some people believe that life could've started in much more extreme environments than we typically consider, which raises questions about our models of planetary formation. what do u all think?
We are a very very very small part of other life on other planets and galaxies...the scale of our solar system is just a microscopic dot like an atom in a HUGE scale space! its crazy to think our little earth is the only one to experience these conditions to create life! life exists on other planetary objects far more harsh than ours. Life adapts to its environment.
What’s always been crazy to me is a lot of the events the earth needed to allow complex life are the same events that if/when repeated would wipe us out unless we developed some super technology to stop it.
hello sir i am from cmb i just need to ask u that should i use some of this footage in my documantry on which i m explaining about dark side of gold so can i
Came for some knowledge; left quick because the music. I don't think they understand that soundtracking is a device mostly used to create moods or evoke emotional response to a thing. Most ppl are not here looking to be musically stimulated.
The fact that in the end of the video you question more planets like ours could exist proves that your understanding of the size and scale of space doesn't exist. The stats say that there is actual millions of "earths" in the very small viewable space we know of. The vast amount of galaxies that surround us is hard to comprehend. There is more advanced and less advanced planets out there.

All life that we see today comes from a previous life, if life emerged from non living matter then why do we not still see life emerging this way? Would we even be able to see it if it were still happening? If it’s not happening anymore then what changed? Are the conditions for life to emerge different than the conditions to support life? Stars are magic. Our sun... From a dense cloud of gas and dust that was forced together by gravity becoming more and more dense until. . Boom 💥 let there be light. And the leftovers made the Earth and other planets in our solar system. The magic is apparent since the sun managed to make and toss out the things needed in order for living things to exist and to use it's light for energy. And eventually creatures that have the ability to understand it. Stars are magical ✨
"Venus has more volcanoes than any other planet in the solar system. Over 1600 major volcanoes or volcanic features are known (see map), and there are many, many more smaller volcanoes." However interestingly. Jupiter's moon IO is the most volcaninically active world in our solar system. And it's so hot and volcsnically active because of the intensity of Jupiter's gravity. And the way it pushes and pulls IO as it orbits Jupiter.
Some parts are factual, some are simply our best theories or hypothesis. Such as the "big bang". It's our best theory on how the universe began and will most likely remain a theory until the end of Mankind. Same as the formation of the moon, best theory, not a fact. No matter how smart we or our super computers become, there are some things we will never be able to prove with 100% certainty. However, with many theories, it doesn't mean they could be wrong, it's just there is no scientific method to prove they are fact.
If there's someone here doubting this, please believe me I was there. This exactly what happened. Next I want to show you how the life came to be on earth, from animals to plants..
Given the number of planets in the universe you would indeed think there is other intelligent life forms out there, BUT, when you learn just how many insanely unlikely coincidences that had to happen for intelligent life to emerge on our planet, you then start to wonder if there really is other intelligent life out there or if we really are the only ones 🤔
