- Paksiw especially when fish is used, is an acquired taste. Not everyone will like it at first. Paksiw na Bangus is usually a dish that you learn to love to eat as you get older. Learning to cook this dish as I was growing up, made it one of the staple dishes that I cook at home. Let me share with you how I make Paksiw na Bangus where you can introduce the dish to your kids at an early age.

Di ko gets yung sinasabi mong wala kang pangdebone dahil hindi ko naman po dinebone ang bangus dito sa Paksiw. ✌️✌️

I like your style of cooking, especially the no water added. It looks really delicious and tasty. However, sugar is the worse ingredient that you added to your dish. I understand that you don’t want it so sour, but that’s the essence of cooking paksiw. It has been establish by the US Medical association that sugar is the root cause of majority of diseases people are having right now. It causes Diabetes, gout, arthritis, cancer and the list goes on and on. No offense to you.
