But what he is saying is correct. Builder kept saying price is 13-15k making actual owners rethink that if they hold, they will earn almost 2x-3x premium. Very few resale options were out in the market making builders sell out their remaining units over the time. Builders quoting 13-15k on paper actually ended up closing at 11.5k in ace and ats 5-6 months back. So what he is saying is absolutely correct

Itni high density society hai. gym me paun rakhne ki jagah nahi hogi peak hours mein. River view tab tak hai jab tak koi naya construction iss project ke paas nahi aata. better to look for flats in Crossings republik, raj nagar extension, noida ext. 3 bhk kum se kum 1600 sq ft hona chahiye with 20 % loading. iss project mein >30% se zyada loading hai
