    Lotus group and Birla Estates have signed the agreement.
    Birla Estates, a subsidiary of Century Textiles, will co-develop a 131-acre land in Sector-150, Noida, featuring a golf course and international sports facilities.
    The site is strategically located near major expressways, providing access to Delhi and Noida. Recent projects include developments in Delhi and Gurugram.

    No registry no oc ... Builder is not clearing the timelines by when oc is shared by them..... Noida authority is still not confirmed if registry is open or not...

    12 ko meeting h Authority ki, they have the green light from PAC on the issues of CAG report. I don’t think any hurdle is left to resume the development of this sector. It’ll be cleared on 12th. And please stop spreading negativity about the sector just because you want people to sell and make money. Compare this sector to any other sector of Noida, even if registry doesn’t resume for another 5 years, it is still way better.

      Last meeting was in August end but no meetings after that. Hoping for one this month because sector 150 will be the agenda in the next meeting. So fingers crossed 🤞

    Saare Builder ne logo ko Chu banaya aur chale gaye. 4,500-5,000 per sq feet se project launch hue saare aur har ek 15 days pe price increase kar kar ke 10k-15k per sq feet rate kar diya. Wost sector Gao wali feeling aati hai sector 150 me. Nothing here. Worst sector in Noida & Noida expressway. 👎

      Small sizes approx. 9k to 10k per sqft
      Big size approx 10k+

    If there are so many problems in sector 150, why would people buy this flat.
    I am interested in buying the flat but i got confused with your video whether to buy or not in sector 150.

      But what he is saying is correct. Builder kept saying price is 13-15k making actual owners rethink that if they hold, they will earn almost 2x-3x premium. Very few resale options were out in the market making builders sell out their remaining units over the time. Builders quoting 13-15k on paper actually ended up closing at 11.5k in ace and ats 5-6 months back. So what he is saying is absolutely correct

    Phasa hua area hai...kyo phasna yaha..aur abhi koi development nahi yaha... current situation dekho....airport n highway bannai se kya hoga aam aadmi ka....rate dekho ...hawa mai hai...koi nahi le Raha yaha ..is price mai..bas nri lete jao middle class koi nai lega...this is my experience...baki logoi jo karna ho vo to karaigai he

    rooms are useless. 2 room kisi kaam ke nahi. mushkil se queen size bed ayega aur room pura bhar jayega. utility balcony ko drawing hall ki balcony se kaun jodta hai? Noida apne aap ko Gurgaon ka baap samajh raha hai bewajah. community hall acha hai lekin rehna toh ghar mein hai. ye sab dil behlane ke tariqe hein. Itni high density society hai. gym me paun rakhne ki jagah nahi hogi peak hours mein. River view tab tak hai jab tak koi naya construction iss project ke paas nahi aata. better to look for flats in Crossings republik, raj nagar extension, noida ext. 3 bhk kum se kum 1600 sq ft hona chahiye with 20 % loading. iss project mein >30% se zyada loading hai

    All builders are fraudsters in this area. Fooling people and to utter surprise the people get fooled up. They even don't do the due diligence.
