It seems that pricing of BRPL Gold is cheaper than IBJA's GOLD. But now pricing of IBJA Silver is lower than BRPL's silver.

Yes, some shops take your Gold coins and give cash but you need to ask multiple shops for best quote. It works as per current market price but they can deduct some % because they have to earn as well.

Does the lustre on silver bar matter.Basically the Jeweler showed me a silver bar of a famous silver maker but I thought it was old so instead I purchased a silver bar made by a lesser known maker. He gave me a bill so no issues with the purity and its near my house.
No, the lustre on the bar does not matter. The bars we get from refineries undergo a lot of minting stages, while jewellers don't put that effort on their coins. Sometimes the lustre could matter because it tells us that the metal could be a little impure or it has been left in the open to tarnish.

1. You can sell gold (NOT SILVER) at MMTC-PAMP Retail Outlet (If it's their product then you get 100% value but if not then 98.5%)
2. You can sell Gold & Silver to local jewellers, maybe ask around if someone offers low price.

Local Jeweller. Sold appx 500+ grams in the past few months. Visit a jeweller and ask for quote, ask multiple shops and check % as per market price. Go for the one who offers best price.

If it's for investment , it's better to buy digitally by Sovereign gold bond at market prices
It is not possible to buy Gold at current market rate unless there are offers. It is not possible to buy at current market rate because on the gold rate you need to add Making Charges which varies from 5-10% for coins & then you have to add 3% GST. Hence 54-54K is the quoted price.

Best way to buy Amazon is to look for who is selling ,many atimes local seller sell gold and especially silver which are fake so buy silver or gold and see before buying who is the seller like mmtc gold should be sold by mmtc not local jwellers of Delhi like hema handicrafts or gift emporium or goel jwellers ,it should be mmtc and brpl or silver emporium or kundan refinery
