This song "URAGON KA" pays tribute to the good qualities of the Bicolanos. This becomes the moniker of the Bicol region in the Philippines wherein the people are known to be "eating-fire"due to the abundance of "siling labuyo" ,thus the fiery flavor in every dish that they cook.
