Afghan Grill is one of the best place for kabab in bd....u can find the actual taste n texture of Arabic kabab here...i m from Kuwait... but i have visited to bd a lot of times...n everytime i use to visit Afghan Grill to have my native n the tastiest food in bd....thank u for having this place... 😇

Afghan grill...i have visited to the Dhanmondi branch....it is at Dhanmondi 11no. bus stand, Unimart building.
Well Afgan grill jokhon wari te chilo tokhon thekei oder food try korsi and it was amazing. few things i feel i should mention here. First of all 2 finger diye kebab cherar try korte jaben na as aita tunde kebab na or mince beef kebab na. 2ndly soon as apni haat use kore rice kacchen thik tar por thekei dekhen apni kebab er ashol moja ar paben ta( its a very useful trick , u should have use your spoon fwhen you switch for the pulao). 3rd apnar right hand er pashe 3 ta sauce deya hoisilo u didnt try any of these. specially Apni jodi mint white sauce diye kebab try korten i hope tahole apni aro moja peten. 4th oder chicken kandahari is really awesome with both pulao and kebab and salad ( you didnt try the salad as well). 5th afgan dough is really refreshing , try it just before you switch to rice from bread. Finally Bengan not banjan ( in hindi Bengan means BEGUN) .

ব্রয়লার মুরগির গোস্ত দিয়ে তৈরী এই প্লাটারটির দাম ৩৫০০ টাকা কোন যুক্তিতে বুঝলাম না, ব্রয়লার গোস্ত+মসলা+স্যালারি +ফ্লোর ভাড়া = ১৫০০ টাকা হলে যুক্তিযুক্ত হতো... আমার ধারণা শুধু ভাব দেখানোর জন্য ও যারা টাকার ফুটানি দেখাতে আগ্রহী এটা তাদের টার্গেট করে বিপনন করা হচ্ছে

ভাই, মুজতবা আলীর গল্পে একটু এলোমেলো হয়ে গেছে। ‘দেশে-বিদেশে’ ভ্রমণকাহিনীর শুরুতে মুজতবা আলী আফগানিস্তান যাওয়ার পথে কিছুদিন পেশোয়ারে অবস্থান করছিলেন। রুটি আর রুটিওয়ালার গল্পটা আর গোলাম মোহাম্মদের পোলাওয়ের মরুভূমিতে শুকিয়ে যাওয়া বা মাংসের ঝোলে ডুবে মরা, দুটোই পেশোয়ারের পাঠানদের গল্প।

The way Afghan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan primarily the central Asians make kebab is very different than Bangladesh. They don't use so many masalla like Bangladeshi does. They just use lemon juice, little salt , yogurt and grill over hot charcoal. They think their way actually you get the real taste of meat , using various species actually over power the real flavor of kebab. Again every culture mold their taste buds according their preferences.

Afghan don’t use Indian spices that much they use few herbs and fruits dried their famous dish 1) Nemak Handi lamb or Chicken never used any spices only salt water and saffron no spices at all. 2) Chali Kebab mince meat lamb or beef again all herbs and like Bangladeshi flat Kebab it’s very very big they made 3) Borani Banjon Aubergine and top Yogurt. 4) their Special Rice it’s called SELLA rice 2120 number and this rice Very very Long and Big Tasty. It’s rice Grow special in Afghanistan Pakistan Panjab Swat Valley and India Panjab it’s Very Expensive rice This Rice used Afghan foods Pulaouw or Rice. Pulaow them made DHOOM way.
