Just went to the sporting goods place and they wanted almost $60 for hearing protection. Refused to be robbed and came home to check on Amazon. Watched your video and bought this one for $21.99. They perform quite excellently at the range. Thanks for saving me almost $40 !
Jesi li oh testirao , kakve su za buku jel odklanjaju lupanje dovoljno dobro ? I jel si mozda probao ove ljubicaste impact , koje su bolje za spavanje ?
i have that hearing protector. i use it for woodworking and when i shoot. you are correct, you feel like you’re in a vacuum when you put it on. so yes, it does what it was meant to do. reduce noise a lot. when that leight thingy comes up with a 34 or higher nrr, i might consider them depending on the price. it will be tough to beat a $20 34db nrr rating.
Be sure to read the amazon reviews... I almost "figuratively and literally" buy this ear muff. Lesson learn: don't trust review without showing scientific evidences.
Could I use these to try and block out my family members/background noises inside even though they are meant for shooting? I was thinking about wearing them with my AirPods Pro to try an level up my noise cancelling.
Like your presentations, Mr. Chadkovski. (1) You speak in complete sentences. (2) You do not begin every sentence with that most grating and ignorant utterance, "Uhhhhh." (3) You know where you are going with the presentation and you move right along. (4) You do not demean your viewers by referring to them as "You Guys"... all four of which items are in VERY short supply amongst UA-cam presenters. Good job. Keep up the good work ! Double thumbs up for Mr. Chadkovski Christopheroppolius ! ☺ "You done good," as we say here on the farm !
The filler inside is the important stuff electronics in the pelt or and Howard Leigh's leave no room for filler. Earmuffs with more filler and thicker walls are superior but don't look "tacticool" also how's the noise reduction when wearing eye pros as the stems tend to break the seal and allow sound to seep in.
Can you hear the clapping sound on those Purple Impact ? Are they better for noise canceling to hear nothing ? I'm searching one for quiet and peacefull sleeping
The "straight on mute" is perfect for me. Now, I am wondering if its "Straight on mute" for a person with normal hearing, or a little hearing loss due to shooting alot
I really like your channel, I've only subscribed to like 7 channels and yours is one. I've always appreciated your reviews but I feel like this one is misleading. like you got paid for this advetisement. I found these exact ear muffs a few months ago and bought them from Amazon. while they are great they aren't the noise canceling ear muffs you make them out to be. I can hear conversations with them and could most definitely hear myself clap. as a matter of fact my range bag was right next to me as I watched this so I pulled them out. the phone case I have on my phone is dust proof and has muffled the speaker on my phone tremendously and I could still hear you in the vid with my volume at 50%. don't get me wrong, these are great and I gave them 5 stars and would recommend them but you made them out to be the best straight up noise CANCELING earmuffs which they are not. They do tone things down quite a bit but come on, let's be honest here. They muffle noise but you can still hear with them on.
Green Light Shooting I agree they are great! yeah, it just seemed you made them out to be noise canceling is all, when in fact they just reduce it. you can still hear with them on. I had a conversation with my fiance with them on at the range the first day I had them. They are great though. especially for the price point!
I got annoying neighbors several houses down. (Hammering, scraping, roofing) and I wanna be inside watching TV without being disturbed will this help? They always hire construction workers.
Have you found any ear muffs that reduce MORE noise than these? Please let me know because I've been struggling so bad to get sleep cuz of noisy neighbors. Thanks.
I have the howatd lights and they dont work for me.. i have a smaller head they arent tight enough.. and i wear shooting glasses and these do not seal correctly with glasses.. so im going to order these and try these out
They lie about their NRR. Not even 3M with massive bulky muffs can reach that. This is a Chinese company, and they're lying about NRR. For a small head with glasses, get Walkers and buy the gel ear cups.
Comparing these to cheap electronic active ear protection isn't a fair comparison at all. Of course the electronic ones are going to be more expensive. It wasn't mentioned that you can hear people talking perfectly clear with the electronic ones, you can't with these standard one. So far from the videos I've watched on this channel it seems he is just shilling for people who send him free stuff.
Loud noise reduction for activities that can damage your ears, like shooting, construction work, yard work, etc. Also for those with sensitive hearing.
the pro for sho is def NOT 34db!! I have bought them. If you want to "shut the world out" like he says forget about those. I work in a noisy environment. these don t block anything, whether it s the ringing phones, the doors slamming, the chairs and tables being pulled, someone in heels going down the stairs, someone laughing or having a conversation or even the motor bikes going down the street two floors below. i CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!!! I am very disappointed. And yes I am wearing them correctly. I dont know it this person was paid for advertsment or recieved better quality once or if the manifacturers are just cheaping out on the material now, but it clearly not 34db. more like around 20 db.
How many people thought 'try knocking on the wood table'.
If you did, raise your hand and keep them raised for an hour. Yes both hands.

I figured, bought a name brand
Is it lower the decibel better?
@@MusicLuv80no. Higher is better.
Good vid, Purple has been a man's color since Prince made it cool. No shame in wearing those.
If you are manly enough, you don't care about color.
If you are about to take them for sleep you don't give a shit like me , you can give me hello kitty if you want just cancel the fuckin noise
Purple has never been cool.
@@carlosanaya4149It is literally the color of royalty.
You keep ear muffs in the refrigerator?
Didn’t notice that till I read ur comment
You've never seen a storage cabinet?

Never aim your hand clap in the direction of anything unless you intend to destroy it.
@Invicta biggest whoosh I've seen in awhile
can I use these for studying?
Getting mine today so excited
How did they hold up ?
Please comment on how they ear cups will form around the shooting glasses. The interaction between the muff and the glasses can let in a lot of sound
No response?
Nope, never heard back.

I bought 4 pairs for the family. They work great and do a great job with reducing noise.
Can the kids hear you talk with them on?
Bought 4 junk ones. These are absolutely terrible
@@StylesBlender Lol
Mine just arrived. Really blocks noise. Many YT videos at ranges seem to be all thumbs up, which is why I bought them.
Which one is better for sleeping , I need bigger noise canceling for peace and quiet sleep ? I don't ask about price
You know that decibels are not a linear scale? 34 dB vs 23 dB is not a difference of 150%
Could these reduced the noise of my drums

Is that a thorn hand cannon in the background? Swwwweeeeet!
He has a model of the exotic hand cannon "Thorn" from Destiny 1 in the background... Nice 😊
Thanks for your recommendation bro
Will this block the sounds of yelling and screaming kids?
Which one would be good for loud cars or car racing?
When you put glasses on does it affect the seal?

Are these good for slepping in???
Thx, I'm gonna get these!
Does it help against thunder storms
Any updates on how these sound at the range shooting different guns vs the other ones?
There are MANY YT videos where these are tested against other muffs that are twice the price and these have consistently come out on as the winner.
Amazing review without one round downrange....LMAO
Can you actually hear stuff with these? Do they work good?
The "straight on mute" is perfect for me. Now, I am wondering if its "Straight on mute" for a person with normal hearing, or a little hearing loss due to shooting alot
the color of royalty
how is the cheek weld on these with an ar?
How are they with glasses on.
Good review, I just use earplugs now but I'm looking for the over the ear muffs, 20 bucks is a good investment to save your hearing.
I always wear earplugs with my HL Impact Sport. I'm definitely going to look into these.

Ordinary ear muffs with noise cancelling? I thought only electronic ear muffs do that.
I got annoying neighbors several houses down. (Hammering, scraping, roofing) and I wanna be inside watching TV without being disturbed will this help? They always hire construction workers.
Can you suggest a compatible earmuffs case for these?
They look great, I'm gonna get a pair
HD 280 pros are only 2 db's lower rating ... you should check them out
Have you found any ear muffs that reduce MORE noise than these? Please let me know because I've been struggling so bad to get sleep cuz of noisy neighbors. Thanks.

Amazing review
Do you need gel cups for comfortable ear cushions
Noise reduction ratings are cherry picked dude. Basically the fatter the ear pro are the more protection you'll have.
I used to have some like that they lasted 9 years then broke
Lol at music cutting out with first pair of muffs.

Will you please suggest which makes you not hear your own voice
Where’s the Titus muffs? They are the best option in my opinion.
Thanks for keeping up the great content. Any thoughts on giving us a review of the thorn replica you got there?
Green Light Shooting thanks man I appreciate it!
Nothing wrong with purple. Definitely worse options of Howard Leights. Pink and teal come to mind.

Build quality?
V Moda =quality elzu Amazon =30 price. I would just invest in v Moda. Just came out with some sport ear buds $100.
Nice!!
I got a 10$ one
Never used em on a gun but used them on fireworks
Great Video. Thank you for sharing.
Beats by Dre: Tacticool Edition
Anyone know how it compares to ClearArmor 34 dB Ear Muff?
I bought both. The ClearArmor block out slightly more.
Apples to oranges comparison
Is it wearable to sleep??? Neighbor drops bowling balls throughout the night
I call them headphones as well because my friend has them like me and it is easyer
if you are going to wear non electronic earmuffs better just wear those silicone earplugs
I heard these headphones were only useful for shooting but for construction or warehouse work they are useless.
Cool
Does ear muffs help with every loud noise? For example an f16 taking off ?
whats the point of ear muffs
Loud noise reduction for activities that can damage your ears, like shooting, construction work, yard work, etc. Also for those with sensitive hearing.
kornessentials page not found........ $10 ......still available?
BUT YOU CANNOT WEAR IT WITH ANY TYPE OF HAT.?
Buy V-moda m100 better it foldable too.=D

34 db of protection ! Therefore, 34-7 = 27 divided by 2 = 14 dB of protection !
How did you figure this?
