Hello man! I just bought this game because it’s on sale and I’m just wondering if would u recommend playing the story with mods? Like Unite?
Yea for sure, I would add only visual mods for now to experience the pure game for a bit and then add the drift mod once you want to build a proper drift machine haha
unfortunately I have no way to message you but I'm curious about buying a NFS purely for modding/drifting. Currently I'm debating with getting 2016+unity, heat+unity, or unbound (turning the stupid effects off) and hopefully unity in the future as well as the hayeduce drift mods. I am not finding the drift mod online for the 2016 NFS though.
Anyway I was mostly wondering where do you get that mod from in case I decided on the 2016 game and also if you were to pick from the three with hayeduce drift mod, which would you recommend overall between those.
Overall what I'm interested in is how the drift physics are with the mod, how the police behave (police would be fun as long as they're not overly aggressive/silly), and also importantly the map(how immersive/how much variety e.g. parking garages rural/urban etc.). It's been quite hard for me to decide based on these videos because they all seem to have their pros/cons.

The drift mod for Heat/2015/Unbound can all be found here: discord.io/s1d3 - To answer your question, I would pick up NFS Heat first to get started with modding (more cars, more activity online in the server and the drift physics overhaul by Hayeduce is most optimized on Heat) and then imo NFS 2015 is a close second as it truly feels incredible drifting around properly in Ventura Bay. It's still early for Unbound, but it has the most potential and will be better and better as time goes on.
Thanks for the response. One major disappointing thing is the lack of h shifter and clutch support. Kind of a bummer for a racing game.
I tried joining using that link when I saw the mod is downloaded from there in another video but it says it's expired or invalid.

The music here is edited in but you can. NFS 2015 is the only game where music playlist mods exist.

@@nexoz1152 Yes! For me this is still probably the best map for those tight mountain touge routes, also the night atmosphere in Ventura Bay is hard to beat.

Where did you get all the mods from the second 0:05 ?
Most of them can be found online on Nexus or Nfsmods.xyz but some (like the updated drift mod) are only available in our discord server that can be found here: discord.me/sl1d3
