The 600 (600 sq ft) and The Rancher 5 (970 sq ft) are the ones that interest me the most, though I'd really like one that split the difference of area. 750-800 sq ft is the sweet spot for me.
Hope we get an in-person follow-up video with some tours of the smaller units. I imagine most here are more interested in the smaller units than the larger units.
I liked that you introduced the floor plan of the 400 at nearly 4:00❣️, I like the addition on the 600 of the coat closet. I think the 400 would be plenty of personal space for me. Thanks for my Thursday Kerry fix! 🥶🖤🔔👍🏻❣️❣️
Wow, these are BEAUTIFUL! In floor radiant heating in a prefab home? Do I even want to know the price... Minor point, but the mud room needs an outside door, or to be by or at an entrance. You don't want to walk in with snowy muddy boots and track through the house entrance to the mudroom to take them off. :)
Being from South Florida, we don't even have mud rooms, but I can totally see your point. It doesn't look like it would be a hard thing to switch the position of the mud room and the storage area and, of course, shift the exterior door over.
@@rogermccaslin5963 -- Some homes I rented seen or owned had a nice front door, and a second door next to it, sometimes not 'interior heated or cooled space' to help shoes and clothes drying. So when the need arises you just use the other door, benches, often a floor that can be hosed out, and it just has another door to the entryway or house. When I've been skiing, some of the nicer homes even had a secondary mudroom. Meaning there was an outside "Boots/Jackets room" and there was an adjoining room that had lockers, space for shoes, etc. All I know is you don't want a mudroom off of the entry as you will be cleaning your entry immediately afterwards or track it through the house.
5:55 ditch the 2nd bed closet, move the walk-in to where the ensuite is, and make it a 1-bath place, and I'm in. (But $400/sqft is ouch...better if that's CAD. (The cost is listed in their FAQ.))

It's mentioned already, but they estimate $400/SF on their website.

On their site in the FAQs they give an estimate of $400 per square foot to start, so it gets up their in price.
Have been watching you for close to two years. I have only found one modular company, in Washington state, that seems to be a real company that will actually talk to you and build something. What's the deal?
Always get confirmation of actually delivering date could be a year or two out!!

The issue with prefab is that it ONLY serves those that live close to a manufacturing facility (most are west coast based). The shipping costs make it prohibitive and less economical than a traditional stick build.
I truly admire and appalud your indefatigable and valuable efforts in bringing all of these Pre-fab builders to our attention. However, these models are not distinct or offer anything really new to speak of. To be fair, there's not much you can do with a seven sided box that hasn't been done numerous times before. This Blends with so many other existing designs that it's becoming more difficult to get worked up about any of them and inasmuch as their development proposal, how is this breakout or innovative? I have my suspicions about the cost per Sq. Ft. I am waiting for an affordable solution that doesn't involve shipping containers, shed like construction or the use of gimmicky materials and design to present itself.

Only thing about the 1800 that seems a little odd is having the kitchen be the area that is open up through the second floor? Usually the higher ceiling would be over the den or maybe living room.
