兄弟なのか、しかし、本当に仲が良いんだな。社会的に問題のある人が常連じゃ大変な事もあったろうに、この話方のやさしい事。この人間性が素晴らしい。しかし何というワンタンを包む速さか。正に職人。
ここは行ったことあって、味、店の雰囲気がいい感じなんですよねー。
酔来丼と小ラーメンで600円という安さなのに、しっかり腹が満たされました。
良い店主さんだなあ！美味しそうだし、兄弟仲良い感じだし、この町の人、こんな良い店があって羨ましい！
店主さん２人…ちゃんと「撮れ高」作ってくれるところが良き（笑）

Amazing skill and to be on their feet working flat out for hours must be really tiring and quite stressful. It's a work of art what they do. I was a chef many years ago, first things first coffee machine on followed by grill. Eating breakfast together before a busy day promotes productivity hugely. Especially to the workers on low wages, they can eat an actual cooked meal at no cost.

From the fried rice to the noodles 🍜 and everything in between he's definitely on point when it comes to preparing all of his signature dishes!!
