Are the stock prices in separate tables for each company and none of them is connected to a dim table? How does the data model work? Did you union all those tables? I am a bit confused. Thank you
Hey Kerem, Thanks for stopping by. We only have one fact table called "Tech" with the stock information for Microsoft, Apple, and Amazon. In addition, we have a dimension table called "Dates" or calendar table. I got the data/stock information from Yahoo Finance for each company and then appended the three tables with Power Query in just one table called "Tech." Please let me know if that makes sense. i just noticed that you have not shown the change made in " PM stock avg stock price " which resulted from $31.68 (aimed for one month back in time prior) to $31.24.
@ShahidAnsari, Thanks for stopping by. I updated the measure's name from "PM Avg. Stock Price" to "PM Avg. Stock Price Tech" and the calculations are performed using the second measure. I hope that helps!
