The officer or I should say investigator that they are questioning was not there just like attorney adams said it’s plain and obvious that he was not there. It’s a lot of hearsay by him a lot. He can’t base his answers off of somebody else’s work. Come on now.
I agree with you 100% how do you testify to something and you were never there? You are simply going by what you read or hearsay and hearsay is not admissible in the court of law.Period! You’re right, but my thing is the judge has let the prosecution attorney love gets so out of hand she should’ve been found in contempt of court. Some of the things he allows are just outrageous and he needs to take that earring out of his ear on his judicial duties because that is never acceptable in LA county so I think this whole trial is hilarious and it definitely is a mistrial, he block the attorneys all the time and why does he allow the prosecution to place something over and over and over it’s repetitive it’s ridiculous but I’ll just watch the end and see what happens
@@Rhonda333 I actually use the wrong word. He is overruling everything. I believe it’s attorney Stella who makes extremely valid objections and my point is really that he does not overrule attorney, Stelle or attorney adams object to the to the line of questioning of the prosecuting team, the judge has to remain very non-biased in this case, but I see bias in favor of the prosecution because he was a prosecuting attorney and I know his job is not an easy one, but he must be fair. That’s what I’m saying. I listen to all objections and I listen to either of the overall or the sustain and it is not being done fairly, and I really wish he would remove that earring. It is not professional nor is it a acceptable in Los Angeles County. A judge definitely cannot have an earring in. It’s just part of their protocol for dressing as a judge and his personal life he can do what he wants to do, her street clothes to her job she has to be a uniform police have to be in uniform so I’m not I’m just saying it’s a no go

I’m sorry, he overruled instead of saying sustaining it is overrule. He overruled everything they object to he sustains sometimes, but it’s not fair. If you go back and watch it, he allows the prosecution to get their way. He basically is trying to help them win this case it’s obvious.

This Rico case is bogus if you’re going to hold Jeffrey Williams accountable for his wording in his rap music, then you have to hold every rapper accountable so it means every rapper would have a Rico case NO! they wrap some on life experience things they never experience but no, what’s out there on the streets so this is a bogus case the worst I’ve ever seen let Jeffrey go.
