The government is too busy taking care of other countries that are at war, and always meddling in other countries' affairs, so they don't care about thinking about their own people, the fate of their people is truly unfortunate.
Yeah, that’s a common misconception. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg (give more than the US) and Germany, Japan, Turkey, the UAE (among others) are on par with US spending per capita when it comes to foreign aid spending. The TRUTH is the US government is too busy lining their own pockets in their extreme capitalist economy rather than actually helping its citizens and communities. Take a look at the living standards of all the countries I mentioned. Free healthcare, free education, successful social welfare and housing, work life balance) and ask yourself why you are still believing the US can’t do the same for its citizens because of foreign aid. US citizens have been fed the foreign aid schtik so long that they barely even question it. They just believe it no questions asked. It’s sad. The TRUTH is there’s not many governments on earth that give their citizens a worse deal than the US govt give theirs. Only US citizens have the ability to change this but in order to do so they need to stop believing they’re the greatest, the bravest and the most free. And that’s a hard task considering that’s all they’ve been taught.

No, the problem is that our government is busy dumping money into our military and enriching the wealthiest of our nation instead of taking care of its people. This past election just showed we are still brainwashed into thinking that money trickles down and benefitting the wealthy ultimately benefits us.

The migrants done took the Bronx back to the 1970's ... sad! This is really ridiculous. I just left in 10 years ago in 2014 and it didn't look like this
I just happened to come across all these videos about drugs and homelessness in the US and it saddens me to see all these lost souls. I live in Austria/Europe, there are these issues here too, but also help for these people. I am honestly speechless about the extent of this in the USA. I live here in the country, but no one lives on the streets here. I hope all these souls find peace and find their way into the light and someone to help them.
Not all are homeless due to drugs. Many cannot keep up with insane rental prices.
Come visit to The Bronx!

Girl I'm born and bred in the Bronx and I can't wait to move into Upstate because all I know I love my New York State it's a beautiful state nothing to look outside of that I'm living in Florida and is trash
@YAHSHAYA777 girl bye you not leaving floridia cause i heard them alligators got yall trapped girl so bye
This is nice compared to the 70's, 80's & 90's
Why hasn't the city put REAL heavy duty trash barrels out there for residents instead of laying trash bags on the sidewalks? This would be a big issue for me just visiting. How many ppl have been bitten or chased by the rats? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 New York is like every other city, the so-called "city leaders" don't give 2 rats asses about the residents! GREED!!! 😡
the trash is not as bad as the visual trash if you catch my drift, I'm talking about the ridiculous store fronts, it seems like advertising is taking up 30% of each building's surface area.
Corruption They busy stealing money for them selfs
Right now the city is overrun by illegals. Billions of dollars are being spent supporting illegals in this city. They can’t do that and take care of actual citizens as well.
Agreed. I don't understand why doesn't the city put trash cans everywhere. You will only see some of them in Manhattan.
they did but when buildings and stores have trash they put it on the streets for the garbage trucks.
I'm a Bronx native and I will always be a proud New Yorker I love my whole state and I love my city because it made me into the person that I am! And I love my fellow New Yorkers!!I truly Love serving them but I'm so blessed that I left the Bronx 9 years ago I will be in Upstate which is beautiful nicer and you're able to live

A new era of Fort Apache the Bronx. Of those who grew up in the 70s and 80s, remember well.❤ Check out the movie Fort Apache the Bronx 1980

What is it about the west and ne coasts??
Hope you're doing good TIA 😢love you always, be safe ..
Depressive place.
Not the whole City, Some of the places.
As someone that works in Zürich, the first thing i noticed was the Trash on the ground everywhere, U will never see that here. I think with good policy and the right mindset it will get better in the Bronx.

THANK YOU FOR SHARING 👀 🤔 🇺🇸
I assure you, the entire Bronx doesn't look this way. I live in the Bronx and in certain small sections.. yes sometimes it looks like that but not the whole of the Bronx and not all the time. The Bronx doesn't get the clean up attention as Manhattan. The entire Bronx doesn't look like that.
the nice parts of Bronx are the ones directly adjacent to the Hudson. And they're the Bronx in name only.
NYC in general since mid 2000s been the safest big city in America... Yea it's bad conditions after pandemic, however NYC is VERY clean, safe, calm since 20+ years back... Ppl WAY overreact, this is CLEAN compared to other hoods, like Baltimore,Philly, willinington DE Camden NJ

@@EddyVal-l1n so true. I love NYC. I was there in August. Manhattan and Brooklyn were way cleaner than downtown Toronto, my home. in 2018, Toronto had a higher murder rate than NYC.
thank you. I love NYC. I have not visited The Bronx, but I was amazed at how clean Manhattan & Brooklyn were. Far cleaner than Toronto, where I live.
It's been like this for over 30 yr. I bought Walkman's, Cassettes, Cd's, Movies from the streets in the Bronx. I haven't been there in awhile, thought this was all gone until this video. Things just seem to stay the same in the U.S....My, my...
Damn I miss my home. Bronx and BK never changed.
I'm from the Bronx too l miss my Bx
l move from New York cause the rent is so high but what l do know when l retired from work l gonna move back to the Bronx
Nothing is wrong with the Bronx. It has solid infrastructure and well located. The only issue is its inhabitance. But they can be relocated.
The same here in quite all european cities of France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, etc...
Так вам и надо. Слава России!
Whats with the captions ?
Be safe out there.
The part of The Hub you picked looked like a nightmare.
Fact: Things are falling apart.
Fact: There's always been trash everywhere in NYC, unless the only NYC you know comes from movies or the wealthiest neighborhoods.
I'd go from this place to Billionair's Row to see the difference.
I've seen parts of Phoenix that look worse than this. There's so many people there that you're chances of being victimized by crime is actually pretty low.
This looks like 3er world country what have all this people covered this beautiful country in 😢😢
The First world country ah God Kingdom alone

I'm a bronx native and I approve this message
I used to live up in the Bronx 205th Street Decator Avenue / Hull Avenue in the 60ties and seventies........it wad GREAT........
Wow, I can't get over all of the trash all over the place. It's realy disgusting and Bronxers need to jump on their city officials and get someone to clean this up. It's horrible!!!
Is this Vietnam?
Wow😮 that's not my NY from the 80 oh my lord!
these humans have no clue theres a much better life just outside the city

It might be rundown, but at least it is not as bad as Kensington in Philadelphia, that is in such a sorry state with the fentanyl fold, so much rubbish and drug paraphernalia. It really is a sad state to see. 😱😢

RIP AMERICA
When i visted some of my family in The Bronx few years ago before the COVID crap and it wasn't nearly as bad as this .. This is the result of poor migrant handling and accepting way to many at once..
Possibility. But they shouldn't take the blame for everything.
It is the Bronx from past to present, what do you expect. The only difference from the past is fewer population, and its still the same.
Why do people condemn Los Angeles, why New York City just look like it 😢🤦🙅🤷
Boy we used to have some good times in NY I mean good times shopping eating sightseeing the spirit felt good to be there.😢

I'm a New Yorker, I resent the negative comments. Every major city has it's issues. When you have a government that wants to keep people, Addicted to not just drugs but the system as well is all a form of control. Someone said it, they can have this area clean if they wanted it clean. hen Gentrification comes they make the necessary changes. I LOVE my CITY. I LOVE NYC, ALL BOUROGHS
