Mahalo, mahalo for taking us along on your gem show! I started my gem and crystal collection from watching your videos, and even my boyfriend started collecting crystals too when we travel to the mainland couple times a year. Michael knows a lot about crystals and would to have him educate us more on collecting gems, minerals, and crystals!
I am learning so much about crystals! Fascinating stuff and loved tagging along with you. That estate sale amethyst is gorgeous. Thank you both and please more crystals and gems please! 😊🥰☺️❤️🪸🦩🌴☀️❤️
Druzy! Always a fav of mine. The other pieces I have purchased from you are so beautiful. I have them gathered here and there around my home, some near books and some around plants. I appreciate their beauty every day. All the best to you, Christine and Michael.
that was a beautiful piece you won - and well worth whatever you paid for it....gorgeous! Really enjoying your crystal journey and taking us with you! looking forward to more of this content....
So beautiful i wish they had these events here where we are in Ireland. Sounds like you are saying gym show instead of gem stone 😊. Wow such a large gorgeous gemstone i think i would like it more lavender colour. I love Amethyst and Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz and suddenly i came across Apophyllite Stilbite crystal is my favourite now.
Thank you so much Julie! Oh yes, the Hawaii craft shows were fun too, we really enjoy doing the shows, definitely looking forward to doing more events and vlogging! 🤗💖
Thanks Shelley! Michael specializes mostly in mineral specimens, he really enjoys collecting a variety of minerals, rough specimens, unique stones and cabs. Usually they're directly from the miners and they have already cut the stones themselves or had them cut and then set by their silversmiths. He might get into doing lapidary work in the future. But the crystal and mineral specimens keep us pretty busy currently. 💖💎✨
Hi Julie! Sure, we can do that! He's been making some changes in the past 6 months. After Michael started really struggling with eczema/inflammation flare-ups, he quit dairy and has been changing his diet, getting away from processed foods/oils/sugar. He eliminated a couple of his inflammation triggers (gluten and brown rice) and he's been getting into eating an anti-inflammatory whole food plant-based diet for his health. He really enjoys starches, potatoes and sweet potatoes are definitely a staple in our house. I'll ask if he'd be willing to do a video on his healing process too. 💖
@@christinekobzeff I struggle with eczema also. I cut out Sugar, dairy and wheat. I always have a flare up when I eat any of the three. It's such a struggle.
How is it possible after tropical green Hawaii exotic all plants, trees and beautiful beaches to get used to dessert south west states including Arizona? to the desert where there are no these tropical jungles of beautiful beaches, it is unrealistic to get used without grass trees to sand dust and prickly cacti.
No it's not. Hawaii is beautiful but with tropical weather comes mold, too much rain, rats, rats, rats, mosquitoes more mosquitoes, and it is way too expensive. Been there done that. The beach is beautiful but when you live there you don;t go everyday. Even when you live on one.
@@delphiniumsandroses8835 Still from my experience in my life after gorgeous green tropics with gorgeous plants trees around and beautiful beaches living in desert can't replace all that jungles and beach natures, it's just cant, although mountains beautiful, but even it can't replace green forest jungles, plants, trees, and beautiful beaches with all kind tortoises', dolphins.
@@delphiniumsandroses8835 Also in a desert climate that is dry, in summer and burning hot as in Arizona, and in winter dry and cold, without high tropical humidity in the air, the skin ages faster than in a warm and highly humid climate as Florida or Hawaii, there skin longer staying younger. In dry climate as South West without high humidity dry climate skin rapidly aging.
That's a very interesting and thoughtful question, thank you. Just like people, there are many beautiful places throughout the world but they may not be seen as the beauty standard by everyone. For destinations or choosing where to live, it really depends on the individual and what we see through the lens of our experience. Often the lens we see through and where we want to go, depends on where we've been. I've spent most of my life living in very green, lush rainforest type climates. But I've always loved deserts equally as much. They're fascinating, for example, Namibia in Africa, I'm obsessed with their red sand desert, its so mesmerizing and beautiful! But others may not see its beauty and that's ok, I see it and one day I hope to travel there. I love making life a never-ending adventure, exploring new places, traveling, creating new experiences. For example, I'm grateful to have been born and raised in Oregon, the rivers, the beaches, the rugged rainforests, it's a beautiful coastline, everything is very green because it rains a lot but I wouldn't want to still live there because I've already experienced that life. In 2000, I moved to Maui, it was one of the best decisions of my life, I was able to travel, explore and experience so many new adventures, it's beautiful there too. But it's hard to stay in the same place forever when you still have so many places to go and things to do. The first time we visited Arizona in 2006, I recognized how beautiful this Sonoran desert is, I love the dry air, the calm atmosphere, the warm dry sunny climate, the sculptural desert scenery, the amazing monsoons, the cotton candy sunsets/sunrises, the mountains that completely surround Tucson and how they light up and glow at sunset, the pastel views of the Grand Canyon, the red rocks of Sedona... And we get live in the heart of the gem and mineral trade, where the world's largest gem shows take place... I feel so happy and grateful to live in Arizona, I love it here and wouldn't trade our experiences here for anything. 🥰💖🌵
@@christinekobzeff Thank you for sharing your experience of living in different parts of the country. I agree with you, that each place is unique and beautiful in its own way and has its own advantages. The southwestern states are also very beautiful, with their beautiful mountains and desert shrubs, cactuses, beautiful sunsets, and it’s calm, peaceful in the desert, there are no destructive hurricanes, as sometimes happen in the tropics or sub tropics, this is probably the only way for me, even though I like mountains and desert, but at the same time I feel that I can’t live without the ocean, the beach, and forests of jungle vegetation, a lot of trees, I feel like something missing in my life, like something was taken from my soul, so I can’t live without Hawaii or Florida, without their natures, landscapes and animals, though there especially in Florida often hurricanes destructive. But you are right every place is unique and beautiful in its own way.
Gorgeous display ! So many new pieces and history for me. I loved every moment...Thank you Christine for so much information.

Sometimes I re-watch videos that have Michael. I love listening to you both!
This was an awesome video and you and Michael’s collection is beautiful. And yes, love to see the videos you’re both in together❤
Thank you so much Brenda! 💖🥰
I love your crystal videos. I have bought some crystals from your website. And yes, Michael should do some videos.
Thank you so much Theresa! Awesome! Yes, I think with all of us, we can nudge Michael into some vlogs this year. 🤗💖
Are you and Michael going to be selling at Tucson? If so, do you know where yet?
The gemstones in your booth are just beautiful. Nicely displayed. Does Micheal buy rough gems and then produces the finished pendents?

I'd like to see more of Michael too! It's always fun to see y'all both in a video. Much love from Texas!
Yay!! Thank you so much Ashlee! Sending much love back to you from Arizona! 🤗💕
Do you guys plan to stay in AZ? I live in Scottsdale… waiting to move asap! Too hot
Are there any tips on being able to tell if a crystal or stone is fake?
A video about caring for and cleaning your crystals would be great
Absolutely can do, that's a great idea!
Is the Mesa show over?
Michael should have a UA-cam channel. But definitely be in more videos
Since Michael eats different then you do Christine can we see a what I eat in a day from Michael.
