I just wanted to suggest, if you can't find any specific subliminals, make your own voice recordings and listen to them while you sleep. Research for any trauma-related affirmations and make a list. Like how do you want your life to change? In which areas of life is your trauma affecting you? And come up with affirmations that suggest a solution for your problems and let you dive into the new reality you truly desire. I tell you it's not gonna be easy at first. You'll have nightmare after nighmare and things might seem to get worse but trust me, eventually you will get through it. At the end of this process you'll reach salvation and the inner peace you're longing for. Break free from your past, no person or event must have any control over you. Do not allow that. You're stronger than you think you are. Good luck friend.

I'm always so inspired by so many peoples stories on this channel❤ and it inspired me to share my story too. I think I met my soulmate and it didn't turn out the way I thought it would. All this happened a year ago either in August or September 2023. I was 24 at the time and had just finished college so i was enjoying my holiday. I live in thr city of Lusaka, Zambia and this happened at a mall in a residential area where i met this guy. I don't live in that area but just close by. It was a public holiday that day so my sister came home from college to spend the day with us. My niece also didn't have school that day so we all decided to spend the afternoon at the mall and it was our first stop. We went to another mall shortly after we were done doing what we were doing. Okay so it's Me, My Mom, My Sister and My Niece. I remember it was a chilly afternoon and I was wearing a pink dress and a brown poncho I lent from my mom. My hair was a mess -ish because I have this unruly afro that has a mind of its own lol. I love it don't get me wrong but my hair really has a mind of its own. We don't see eye to eye no matter how much I try lol. Anyway we get there and my sister wants to do some shopping. She really wanted this tote bag so we went to Mr Price and started looking around. Personally I'm a Thrift kinda girl and at that time I was in a weird energy . I was full of insecurities and I only bought that dress because I thought it made me "look pretty" or whatever. You know the way the story goes. Anyway we are in this store and I just feel some kind of fidgety movement coming from the opposite side of where we were. At first I ignored it because I'm the kind of person who minds my own business. It kept on and I got this feeling that whatever was going on had something to do with me because when I moved these people behind me seemed to move with me. I turned to look at who was following me from the distance and I see these two huge guys wearing Khakis (Safari Suits) and I'm thinking "Oh, they are just travellers here to do there traveller things". Like I said ,I mind my own business and almost never talked to anybody back then(Im super introverted if you havent guessed yet) so I was wandering what these two dudes wanted from me. My first thought was " DAMN!!!THESE DUDES ARE HUGE!!!" . People where I live a usually normal sized in my eyes whatever the race, gender etc. But I was amazed . Because I'm naturally curious about people I was wandering where these dudes were from because I'd never seen anybody like them around my city. It wasn't just their physical appearance but their Energy that attracted me. I didn't ask of course because I am super shy and mind my own business lol. Don't want to offend anybody. Back to the Story. As I'm thinking about this I noticed one of the guys particularly staring at me. He had this huge goofy smile on his face. My eyesight is not that great at a distance though but I didn't realize he wanted me to look straight his eyes because he was waiting for me to notice him. Of course I found his eyes eventually (This dude gave me no other option okay lol. It was kind of cute and natural so i understand) and something unexpected happened. I had been in horrible relationships and was dealing with childhood trauma at the time. I had spent some years dealing with it and trying to heal as best I could because well I couldn't afford therapy (not many of us can anyway)so I had to use what I had. When I looked into his eyes I felt like the walls I had built over the years had just disappeared, vanished in a blink of an eye. I felt my nervous system instantly relax and I was so calm. I felt safe for the first time in my life in all ways. I felt myself instantly trust this dude with all that I was. For the first time in my life I felt free to be myself. Suddenly I PANICKED. It was such a strange feeling so I looked away to try to understand what was happening to me. I was so confused and scared and I thought that this is the person that would hurt me the most. That's the shitty part about childhood trauma, when you find a person who loves you unconditionally you retreat to what is familiar. I looked at him again and he was still staring at me. It was like I could feel his soul . He was deeply spiritual, kind , gentle and a loving person. He telepathically told me He Loved Me. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life to be honest. I didn't even know that was possible (telepathy I mean). You know how you feel when your soul goes online, that was the first time I felt like that my whole entire life. He made me feel like i mattered , LIKE I WAS THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. There was a natural physical, spiritual, mental and emotional attraction between us. When things started going to the Physical and my biological nature started to light up I felt like fireworks all over my body. IT WAS CRAZY!!! While all this was happening I felt my Heart Racing and Like I Was Choking. I Couldn't Breathe and My Mind Went Blank. It was soooo unbelievable. If you Love Disney Animations and are a fan of Hotel Transylvania i can say confifendly that WE ZINGED!!! Just like how it happened with Mavis And Johhny. I felt scared to be honest but I know I really wanted him to come over and talk to me. Actually I was waiting for him to come and talk to me. At the same time I didn't feel worthy of Unconditional Love and I somehow convinced myself I was a bad person who would eventually end up hurting him (yes I know, I self sabotaged). He finished what he was doing and I could tell his friend just wanted to get out of there, get him away from me I don't know. Friends protect their friends so I understood. I didn't hear anything they were saying to each other so I just watched you know. They got done with their shopping and I just watched them leave. This dude didn't stop staring at me even after he reached the exit. When my sister got done with her shopping we also left and there was no trace of him left anywhere in that place. I just did what I do to try and cope with living my life and tried to forget what had happened as soon as possible. A few months passed by (This was around The Festive Season Before 2023 eneded) and I met another guy online, we where just friends but I went through another traumatic experience . It had been a blessing in disguise because I did not know I was on the journey of yet another Spirtual Awakening in my life. A really tough one that required me to open up my heart and throat chakras to release all the pain that I had been carrying inside of me. I was in a place were I felt deepenly unloved and unwanted. I found Myself in A whole new world. Life after school was so different and now I had to make a life of my own. I made a new year's resolution that this year 2024 I WOULD GET EVERYTHING THAT WAS MEANT FOR ME. It was crazy at the time because I didn't fully understand what I was doing or how I was going to do it. The beginning of my year was extremely confusing, I was in a place where I was rediscovering myself. It was also a time when I realized that I LOVED THAT GUY I MET A FEW MONTHS AGO. I Realized that he was the only person I ever truly loved with all my heart and soul. It was crazy because admitting I Loved Him is What Helped Me Open My Heart and Throat Chakras and Surrendering to That Love on a Larger Scale. The way He Loved Me Made Me Love Myself. Accepting that Love Made Me Remember how much I loved my life and how much I Loved Others. I had been through alot of pain with friendships and relationships and I closed my heart and soul to the whole world. I am not Blaming Others because I Was Responsible For a Lot Of The Pain I Went through as well. I was Toxic Too. Alot Of my Spiritual Awakening and Healing Started to Manifest in April after My 25th Birthday. I don't know what the Moon Was For, I just felt my life Shift in A Deep Way. I was more Grounded and Clear on Who I Was and What I Wanted For My Life. I started to practice Allowing Alot Of That Love to flow within me and to be honest I have been a lot more Joyful and Peaceful this Year. I have grown more into my most authentic self and going back to the people who Fill My Mind, Body and Soul and Learning that I Too Can Pour Back Into Other's This Love That Is Within me and Is Me. I've been going through a Drepressive Time not knowing if My Dreams Will Come True Or Not. My Dream Is To Finally Be Where I Am Meant To Be In This Universe With The People That Fill My Cup And I Do The Same For Them. Growing up in a Toxic Environment Has Made Me Appreciate and Strive To Achieve The True Value Of A Joyful and Meaning Life which is based on Unconditional Love , Family and True Expression of Self. I am so Grateful for My Soulmate Experience and I now Believe Whatever Is Meant To Be Will Be. I Am Opening Myself Up To Receiving The Love That Is Meant For Me and I Will Continue To Give The Love That I Am Meant To Give. I hope this inspires somebody out there. You are not alone. I also still cry myself to sleep some days, I too feel alone and scared some days. Hey, I don't know what you're up to now, 8 months later. Hope you're doing good in life. I just wanted to suggest, if you can't find any specific subliminals, make your own voice recordings and listen to them while you sleep. Research for any trauma-related affirmations and make a list. Like how do you want your life to change? In which areas of life is your trauma affecting you? And come up with affirmations that suggest a solution for your problems and let you dive into the new reality you truly desire.
I tell you it's not gonna be easy at first. You'll have nightmare after nighmare and things might seem to get worse but trust me, eventually you will get through it.
At the end of this process you'll reach salvation and the inner peace you're longing for. Break free from your past, no person or event must have any control over you. Do not allow that. You're stronger than you think you are.

I'm always so inspired by so many peoples stories on this channel❤ and it inspired me to share my story too. I think I met my soulmate and it didn't turn out the way I thought it would. All this happened a year ago either in August or September 2023. I was 24 at the time and had just finished college so i was enjoying my holiday. I live in thr city of Lusaka, Zambia and this happened at a mall in a residential area where i met this guy. I don't live in that area but just close by. It was a public holiday that day so my sister came home from college to spend the day with us. My niece also didn't have school that day so we all decided to spend the afternoon at the mall and it was our first stop. We went to another mall shortly after we were done doing what we were doing. Okay so it's Me, My Mom, My Sister and My Niece. I remember it was a chilly afternoon and I was wearing a pink dress and a brown poncho I lent from my mom. My hair was a mess -ish because I have this unruly afro that has a mind of its own lol. I love it don't get me wrong but my hair really has a mind of its own. We don't see eye to eye no matter how much I try lol. Anyway we get there and my sister wants to do some shopping. She really wanted this tote bag so we went to Mr Price and started looking around. Personally I'm a Thrift kinda girl and at that time I was in a weird energy . I was full of insecurities and I only bought that dress because I thought it made me "look pretty" or whatever. You know the way the story goes. Anyway we are in this store and I just feel some kind of fidgety movement coming from the opposite side of where we were. At first I ignored it because I'm the kind of person who minds my own business. It kept on and I got this feeling that whatever was going on had something to do with me because when I moved these people behind me seemed to move with me. I turned to look at who was following me from the distance and I see these two huge guys wearing Khakis (Safari Suits) and I'm thinking "Oh, they are just travellers here to do there traveller things". Like I said ,I mind my own business and almost never talked to anybody back then(Im super introverted if you havent guessed yet) so I was wandering what these two dudes wanted from me. My first thought was " DAMN!!!THESE DUDES ARE HUGE!!!" . People where I live a usually normal sized in my eyes whatever the race, gender etc. But I was amazed . Because I'm naturally curious about people I was wandering where these dudes were from because I'd never seen anybody like them around my city. It wasn't just their physical appearance but their Energy that attracted me. I didn't ask of course because I am super shy and mind my own business lol. Don't want to offend anybody. Back to the Story. As I'm thinking about this I noticed one of the guys particularly staring at me. He had this huge goofy smile on his face. My eyesight is not that great at a distance though but I didn't realize he wanted me to look straight his eyes because he was waiting for me to notice him. Of course I found his eyes eventually (This dude gave me no other option okay lol. It was kind of cute and natural so i understand) and something unexpected happened. I had been in horrible relationships and was dealing with childhood trauma at the time. I had spent some years dealing with it and trying to heal as best I could because well I couldn't afford therapy (not many of us can anyway)so I had to use what I had. When I looked into his eyes I felt like the walls I had built over the years had just disappeared, vanished in a blink of an eye. I felt my nervous system instantly relax and I was so calm. I felt safe for the first time in my life in all ways. I felt myself instantly trust this dude with all that I was. For the first time in my life I felt free to be myself. Suddenly I PANICKED. It was such a strange feeling so I looked away to try to understand what was happening to me. I was so confused and scared and I thought that this is the person that would hurt me the most. That's the shitty part about childhood trauma, when you find a person who loves you unconditionally you retreat to what is familiar. I looked at him again and he was still staring at me. It was like I could feel his soul . He was deeply spiritual, kind , gentle and a loving person. He telepathically told me He Loved Me. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life to be honest. I didn't even know that was possible (telepathy I mean). You know how you feel when your soul goes online, that was the first time I felt like that my whole entire life. He made me feel like i mattered , LIKE I WAS THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. There was a natural physical, spiritual, mental and emotional attraction between us. When things started going to the Physical and my biological nature started to light up I felt like fireworks all over my body. IT WAS CRAZY!!! While all this was happening I felt my Heart Racing and Like I Was Choking. I Couldn't Breathe and My Mind Went Blank. It was soooo unbelievable. If you Love Disney Animations and are a fan of Hotel Transylvania i can say confifendly that WE ZINGED!!! Just like how it happened with Mavis And Johhny. I felt scared to be honest but I know I really wanted him to come over and talk to me. Actually I was waiting for him to come and talk to me. At the same time I didn't feel worthy of Unconditional Love and I somehow convinced myself I was a bad person who would eventually end up hurting him (yes I know, I self sabotaged). He finished what he was doing and I could tell his friend just wanted to get out of there, get him away from me I don't know. Friends protect their friends so I understood. I didn't hear anything they were saying to each other so I just watched you know. They got done with their shopping and I just watched them leave. This dude didn't stop staring at me even after he reached the exit. When my sister got done with her shopping we also left and there was no trace of him left anywhere in that place. I just did what I do to try and cope with living my life and tried to forget what had happened as soon as possible. A few months passed by (This was around The Festive Season Before 2023 eneded) and I met another guy online, we where just friends but I went through another traumatic experience . It had been a blessing in disguise because I did not know I was on the journey of yet another Spirtual Awakening in my life. A really tough one that required me to open up my heart and throat chakras to release all the pain that I had been carrying inside of me. I was in a place were I felt deepenly unloved and unwanted. I found Myself in A whole new world. Life after school was so different and now I had to make a life of my own. I made a new year's resolution that this year 2024 I WOULD GET EVERYTHING THAT WAS MEANT FOR ME. It was crazy at the time because I didn't fully understand what I was doing or how I was going to do it. The beginning of my year was extremely confusing, I was in a place where I was rediscovering myself. It was also a time when I realized that I LOVED THAT GUY I MET A FEW MONTHS AGO. I Realized that he was the only person I ever truly loved with all my heart and soul. It was crazy because admitting I Loved Him is What Helped Me Open My Heart and Throat Chakras and Surrendering to That Love on a Larger Scale. The way He Loved Me Made Me Love Myself. Accepting that Love Made Me Remember how much I loved my life and how much I Loved Others. I had been through alot of pain with friendships and relationships and I closed my heart and soul to the whole world. I am not Blaming Others because I Was Responsible For a Lot Of The Pain I Went through as well. I was Toxic Too.
Alot Of my Spiritual Awakening and Healing Started to Manifest in April after My 25th Birthday. I don't know what the Moon Was For, I just felt my life Shift in A Deep Way. I was more Grounded and Clear on Who I Was and What I Wanted For My Life. I started to practice Allowing Alot Of That Love to flow within me and to be honest I have been a lot more Joyful and Peaceful this Year. I have grown more into my most authentic self and going back to the people who Fill My Mind, Body and Soul and Learning that I Too Can Pour Back Into Other's This Love That Is Within me and Is Me. I've been going through a Drepressive Time not knowing if My Dreams Will Come True Or Not. My Dream Is To Finally Be Where I Am Meant To Be In This Universe With The People That Fill My Cup And I Do The Same For Them. Growing up in a Toxic Environment Has Made Me Appreciate and Strive To Achieve The True Value Of A Joyful and Meaning Life which is based on Unconditional Love , Family and True Expression of Self. I am so Grateful for My Soulmate Experience and I now Believe Whatever Is Meant To Be Will Be. I Am Opening Myself Up To Receiving The Love That Is Meant For Me and I Will Continue To Give The Love That I Am Meant To Give.
I hope this inspires somebody out there. You are not alone. I also still cry myself to sleep some days, I too feel alone and scared some days. Remember to be kind to yourself, hug yourself when you need to, laugh with yourself more, watch some funny shows or inspirational movies , take a walk if you have to. Just don't stop moving. It's Hard But We Have To Show Up For Ourselves No Matter What And Keep Working To Be The Best Most Authentic Selves We Can Be and In Time Our Efforts Will be Rewarded and We Will Find Ourselves With Our Soul Mates, Friends and Families. If it doesn't happen In this life , there is still hope for the next one.
I didn't feel love as a child and felt that maybe I will get the love from my soulmate. But i still don't feel the love and we already have 2 kids together 🥺🥺I'm just so lonely and sad. I pray to find that connection one day
