I've never loved myself as much as I now I've worked on myself for me and my future self to be proud of and its been such a healing and empowering journey physically and emotionally. I've played with some of these before maybe for 2 months now off and on but recently I've listened to the sleep 8 hr video Jess has and a few others. Like how do you want your life to change? In which areas of life is your trauma affecting you? And come up with affirmations that suggest a solution for your problems and let you dive into the new reality you truly desire. I tell you it's not gonna be easy at first. You'll have nightmare after nighmare and things might seem to get worse but trust me, eventually you will get through it. At the end of this process you'll reach salvation and the inner peace you're longing for. Break free from your past, no person or event must have any control over you. Do not allow that. Hey, I don't know what you're up to now, 8 months later. Hope you're doing good in life. I just wanted to suggest, if you can't find any specific subliminals, make your own voice recordings and listen to them while you sleep. Research for any trauma-related affirmations and make a list. Like how do you want your life to change? In which areas of life is your trauma affecting you? And come up with affirmations that suggest a solution for your problems and let you dive into the new reality you truly desire.
I tell you it's not gonna be easy at first. You'll have nightmare after nighmare and things might seem to get worse but trust me, eventually you will get through it.
At the end of this process you'll reach salvation and the inner peace you're longing for. Break free from your past, no person or event must have any control over you. Do not allow that. You're stronger than you think you are.
