The jury will determine whether these facts are believable and true.

No seed oils, etc. Trust me, nutriotion must be top of list. Read Brain Energy and Plant Paradox and Food, what the heck should I eat. Whole foods- nothing processed.

I was in a serious accident, hit as a pedestrian by a delivery van legally crossing the street with the cross walk light on. I was in the hospital almost a month, had to learn how to walk again and lost my short term memory. I had to sit through a seven hour exhausting deposition with the lawyers of the insurance company of the person who hit me having to answer questions as they tried to connect my past depression and mental health issues to my brain injury. To throw in more insult, they had access to all my medical records including therapy for childhood trauma I went through. Despite broken bones, a TBI and having to learn how to walk again, I still had to prove how my life was impacted. Luckily, I won the case but I say all of this because people like this cause true victims to have to prove their pain and suffering, often adding more unnecessary emotional trauma having to disclose things that have no connection to the accident. I hope this case is a lesson for people looking for their “payday,” when they aren’t actually injured. Karma always catches up.
You'd have to prove you're suffering in court for personal injury lawsuits. This dude isn't the reason for why in personal injury lawsuits, one is expected to prove that they're actually suffering and in pain. If people in personal injury lawsuits didn't have to prove their pain and suffering, then the chances of winning the lawsuit may increase for the plaintiff. It'd be like a kangaroo court where anyone could claim whoever they're suing caused a negative impact on their lives, regardless of the validity of their claims.
How did the lawyers get your medical records? Lawyers can't willy nilly get your medical records due to HIPAA. Authorization and consent is required before the lawyers can gain access to your medical files, and it seems like you granted them access to all your medical records. Probably you disclosed your medical records to the court as evidence, which means the plaintiff or defendant is allowed to see them too. Why didn't you limit the scope of the medical records you decided to submit? I don't get how you were insulted by the lawyers for using your medical records when you authorized and consented to use your medical records in some form?
Hope you've recvered somewhat from your injuries caused by a car plowing right through you.
@@bIametheniIe I asked my lawyer how they gained access to my medical records because I NEVER gave them permission. This was his answer: 'Let's say someone was in an accident and had an arm injury, and 10 years prior that same arm was broken, if there is a pre-existing condition, lawyers of insurance companies legally have access to those records.' I learned the hard way that HIPAA did not protect my medical records since I had been treated throughout my life for mental health issues. And because my traumatic brain injury caused severe depression, there was proof of a 'pre-existing condition,' they were granted access to my records. So, yes, I was insulted as strangers asked me questions about my childhood trauma and a previous stay in a psychiatric ward before the accident even happened. I had to prove that my current depression was caused by a delivery van driving through me and slamming me 20 feet across the street into the asphalt, causing the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced. This incident also resulted in me becoming suicidal due to the brain fog which is common for people with TBI's to experience. I am guessing you have never experienced this and had your medical records exposed without your permission, and I hope you never do. My point in my comment is that people like this cause legitimate cases like mine to drag out because so many people like this man lie to get money.
How horrible, on the flip side, a “friend of a friend” used to try and get hit going to school each morning to get money from the lawsuits. She said she had been hit 5 times…so, yes these people do exist, and in the person I was talking about, they were barely in high school. 😢 Can you imagine the mental damage she did to the innocent people that hit a child?? 😮

I know someone like that too who is always involved in some sort of personal injury lawsuit. However, as I mentioned in my comment, I firmly believe that karma has a way of balancing things out for everyone. What we put out into the world, we eventually receive back tenfold.
What happened to me was truly horrific, but I have always believed that it must have been equally damaging for the person who hit me. I told my lawyer to let them know that I wasn't angry and that I had forgiven them. I know it was an accident and although it took a long time to recover, I survived without any permanent damage.

The jury won't be able to overlook the CONSTANT traveling this guy did & all the physical activities he did after the accident (even though he claims it was part of him trying to get back to a normal life!!). He never lost his normal life!!! The guy only had 4 broken ribs and yet claims he's 'suffering'. There is NOTHING wrong with this guy...it's all about the money.

The plaintiff is a millionaire many times over, he owned his own practice for years, and has multiple rental properties. He had to cover his own legal fees, from the looks of it, his legal team is twice the size of the defendants, and her legal fees are north of 500k if my memory is right.

His reasoning didn’t add up at all, that he suffered “permanent traumatic brain injury, 4 broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress, and disfigurement.” Yet still took trips after the incident, post about it to his socials and thought it wouldn’t be brought up in court? I believe he just wanted to sue her, thinking she would just settled and not fight it cause then his reasoning would be questionable with evidence of the opposite.

Had also anxiety and depression issues like so many of us. 🥴 My psychiatrist told me to stay at home in my familiar environment. „Do some sport meet with friends and family go outside the house.“ Travelling the world is stress when you are dealing with such things it could even make it worse. But frankly in this condition I did not even feel like I was able to travel abroad or felt like I wanted to do sich things.
Meanwhile, his “familiar environment” is traveling!

Every time the plaintiff has taken the stand Paltrow's lawyer has ripped him and his credibility to shreds. Literally caught and proved the guy was lying under oath at least 4 times that I know of (counting all these fb pics as 1).
