I've followed your entire car journey video by video, never missing an upload, from the day that you bought your Focus RS, to the day you bought your Seattle house, to now. What you've achieved through UA-cam over the years is absolutely insane. This house is so sick! Congratulations.
Can't believe how far jack has come in the past years. He went from driving around in his dream cars in forza to now driving around in his dream cars in real life. Just 4 years ago he bought his first house in Seattle and now he's bought his second and moved to Arizona. I'm glad I've been around to watch all these years, I started watching when I was probably 11,and now i'm 16 and about to drive a car of my own. If you want the Raptor to stay "cool" while its warm and sunny outside, I can only recommend you building a carport next to your garage where the trailer chills, because you already get a base where you can attatch the roof of the carport at, in that case the house wall.

First off congrats this is dream home goals! To help with the echo invest in Bass raps the corners are the worst part to echo in a room bass traps will help ALOT
2 things. With the weird space, you can either put ur hotwheel collection or a sim racing setup. Second, it would be cool if u parked the lamb in the gazibo so you can see it staring at you from the living room.
