Aru Valley is a famous tourist place in Jammu & Kashmir located in the Anantnag district around 12 kilometers from Pahalgam. July to September is the best time to visit Aru Valley, since it’s great for sightseeing at this time. To enjoy skiing however, plan a trip to Aru Valley during the winter.
How to Reach Aru Valley?
Aru Valley is located almost 12 kilometers from Pahalgam, and it takes 30 minutes approx. to reach it. You can hire a taxi or any other private vehicle from Pahalgam to reach Aru Valley.
