The garden looks 100 times better with this hedge cut. It didn't look like it needed much off but as you will see LOTS came off and it looks great. We did a great little tidy up at the end . Hope you enjoy it . Remember...whilst you are waiting for a new video please view our published videos.. please like share comment and subscribe and don't forget to press 🔔 #listentolee
You uncovered a beautiful garden under all that growth. That mulcher is the BOMB.
😄😄👌👌
I think this is my favorite garden so far. It has interesting sections who make you want to see what is waiting on the next bend
😊😊👌
You sir call yourself a gardener. I believe you are in fact an artist. You transformed an overgrown mess into a thing of beauty. I only wish you were in the USA to reshape my overgrown Leland Cypress “hedge”.
Your work is amazing, I’m hooked on your videos.
😆😆thank you very much glad you are enjoying the videos 🙏
You do Beautiful work it Looks so Nice!!
Very kind thank you 😊
New sub just making my way through your vids Lee, fellow scouser and gorra say you are a machine, your work ethic, attention to detail and customer satisfaction all go above and beyond. ✌️

Great job. Looks great 👍

Le you make shaping these bushes look so easy, I've tried a couple of mine and they look like 'the dogs dinner' obviously a art in doing it!! Love your videos. Thank you.
😄😄😄✂️
Big job Lee, worked hard there, will look great👍
Have learnt a lot from you .
May the lord bless your work.
It's amazing
Thank you very much 🙏
Wow! I recognized it as one you did a tidy up on straight away. Looks fabulous! You're a garden artist!
What a beautiful job, well done.... And having to do it in the rain and cold 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Looks great, very smart
Another lovely garden thanks for shearing
Glad you enjoyed it buddy 👍👍
Beautiful job🏘
Thank you 😊👍
If I was there I would of helped you get done you do a great job I no what it is to get behind.
you work really hard, I know I have slaved along side you, Its easy to say don't get stressed out, this year is the first year I can truly say I am fully booked until the end of the season and still working weekends again. I know that feeling when you know there is other work to do and you feel like you are letting the clients down, but know in your heart that you are doing everything yo can to do right by them, and I can vouch for that (ssshhh pay me later :) )
😁😁cheers mate...yeah sometimes we can be our own worst enemy ☹☹
To clean up debris is that just a basic lawnmower or one designed for that. Great idea. They are charging at the tip and I was going to get a shredder but could get away with it.
Never feel bad for being honest with clients and telling them that your plate is full. It would be far worse if you took on the job, did nothing, and didn’t communicate why and how with the client. I am sure they will understand. This is a masterpiece and doing a job done right takes time!
Thank you 🤩🤩🤩
Hi lee another great job yet again that garden has everything in it. That's certainly a big job 👍
💪💪💪😁👍
Hi Lee you been working today the weather here hasn't been great so hard to get jobs done 👎
Fantastic job Lee👌🏼
Cheers buddy 👍👍
You have a good eye for trimming shrubs so perfectly shaped symmetrically
Nice work Lee👍👍🌳🌳🌳. I would highly recommend The OLEO-MAC GST 250 PRUNING SAW. 25:4 CC. I bought it last year for Hedge reduction jobs, & tree Pruning etc.. Great piece of kit Lee for your arsenal. Regards Jim from J.S.G.S 🏡🚛👍👍
It's Ali Bongo the magician gardener, lots of hedge trimming...😃
Another good video Lee...👍
😂😂Ali bongo....you're showing your age 😂😂...Cheers pal 👍
Nice
😊👍
Hi Lee, another great video, just a thought, does it really matter if you don't know a plant, tree or shrub name if asked by a client?
I like the long videos
That was a big job , I hope your headache went away after you got home, you work to hard.😧❤️
Thank you ..yes all fine after 😊😊
Nice work! Question - how do you decide when to use the hedge trimmer versus going into the interior of the plant to make a structural thinning or cropping cut? I see you do lots of both - are bare spots in the foliage inevitable?
Enjoying the videos mate 👍🏾
Thank you I appreciate that 😁😁👍👍👍
Lovely garden! It’s also bird nesting season and you shouldn’t be working on hedges in May
What is the mower machine you are using in the video?
How many hours did this take for you to do including clearing?
Mercy! I wish folks would call on you BEFORE their hedges have grown into monsters!
Beautiful work I must add.
@@susanbarganier2282 thank you 👍
😊😊
Wondering what model mower is that? the model number? many thanks.
Always amazed how much debris comes out
Great job again, I do wish someone would make a long reach hedgecutter! Despite what people think, they're all hedgetrimmers. It would be a bit heavy but if I could have the blades of my Stihl HS81R on a long reach, it would very useful at times!
absolutely 💪💪🌲🌲🌲🌲
Good job well done. Mulching where possible makes sense - always better working with nature rather than against it. I'm sure your shoulders were feeling fresh and brand new after those two jobs.
Cheers pal.....knackered honestly 😴
Nice job Lee. That was one heck of a big job, loved watching your videos. Where was your partner to help out. 😉👍👍👍👍👍👍
Where have you been for the last 7 months ??? 😂😂 he left in November to go on the taxis 👍
Did the 'brown' come back?
No 👍👍
Nice work again. When I bought my long-reach Stihl the girl in the shop said 'I bet you'll never use the short one again!', and she was almost right, I hardly ever use the short trimmer now, the long-reach just feels 'right', and you can see the shape better while you're cutting
Yes mate..I prefer using it ..alot of people comment I should use a small one but I know what I want to use 😂😂..cheers
I also prefer the long reach for the reasons you mentioned and the weight distribution is better for the body, you don't get the fumes in your face and the short reach causes far more damage to the hands as the vibrations are far greater. The short reach is faster and better control no matter how good you are with the long reach but these factors don't outweigh the others, not even close, let Ng term health is far more important.
that's England for ya, crazy weather. beautiful job, you need a helper
😃💪💪💪
3 oclock and you start a large job, blimey i go home and call it a day.just like i did today.yes i am a gardener.
😅😅😅....you must work for the corpy 😉
Is that mower what you cut the grass with aswell?
Which mower?
@@LHLgardenservices the one your breaking everything up with
@@adrianohara1090 yes I cut long grass with it.
Late start de lad 😂 gonna be busy
Lee what do you think of the electric Sthl combi series. It has the backpack battery and you can use all the different attachments. Prob expensive but just curious what you think of them.
sorry couldn't t comment because I don't use electric tools
There is no 50/50 the brown/dead parts of the conifer will not grow green again. But good work on the shrubs.
Yes I'm aware the brown won't grow but what I mean is there is a good chance the rest will grow and mask it..👍👍👍
If I was there I would help you get done you do a great job.
You sure? There is a kind that grows back but agonizingly slow. Needs up to 15 years.
@@johannalange802 I have one I cut 3 years ago and it's about 60% grown back already
Can anyone tell me the name of the bigger bush with pinkish leaves or flowers in it? You really see it around the 14 minute mark. Thanks.
If it's the one at the end of the long border it's a lilac if it's the one in the other border it's an azalea 👍
just get on with it will you man... get on with it😁
Getting on with it boss 🙈
Hiring a labourer for these jobs would be handy. I don't. I do what you do, struggle on and get behind with work. Takes a bit longer but that job looks good.
I'm in Texas from the US. I'm the exact same way. I do the best I can, don't like hiring help that doesn't actually "help". And I'm always booked struggling to keep up with the demand. Keep up the good work!
Hi, what tool do you use to chopp the branches on the ground?
It's called a sherpa mower 👍
@@LHLgardenservices basically it's a lawnmower, with a different blade?
@@nincsovicszoltan Its a lawnmower yes but it's not a different blade it's just built strong and powerful 👍
I have to highly disagree with you on a statement you made. Sir, you ARE a magician!!! Great work you do! You need to be more confident in yourself. Ive watched videos of people who thought they did such a good job, but in reality, it looked like crap. And landscapers who didn't know the first thing about taking a plant out of a pot and putting it in either another pot, or in the ground. I once worked in a nursery so I know a little about that sort of thing. Anyway, keep up the good work!! 👍🏻👏
😁⚘⚘⚘
you're making me laugh
Sorry not sorry 🤩
Is this the new combo tool you got?
Yes mate..
Love watching it but it would be nice to hear more than one song repeated again and again.
👍
LHL do you have any social media accounts?
He is on Instagram.
Instagram 👍
The one hedge you were trimming where you used the latter, has a face on it. Do you see it? Kind of creepy. I'm sure its just the shape of the hedge, but nonetheless I thought it was interesting enough to mention it. Hope you don't mind my comments.
WOW YES...around the 15.00 point?? ha ha I'll have to cut that out now yes looks a big creepy 😈😈😈
@@LHLgardenservices So glad you saw it also, and it wasn't just me. Thank you for replying.😊 Have a great day!
I am surprised that the owner would not get a skip to put the cuttings into. Would make your life much easier.
Had to laugh at this one. Rubbish disposal is now a huge part of the job, have to charge accordingly. Customer would quickly understand if they had to dispose of it on their own.
👍👍
You could do with a extra pair of hands mate
you're not kidding 😂😂
@@LHLgardenservices take me on haha
Lee i hope you are making money out of UA-cam. In the us they do. You may have to put some advertisements i would not mind. You deserve it.
You talk to much...just DO IT!
And YOU WRITE TOO MUCH
I like the long videos
