My Little Shrek-What's Up, Duloc?

- The most difficult character for me to cast was Lord Farquad. I needed a pony who was full of themselves, prejudiced, a perfectionist and, if possible, short. Certain characters that came to mind were Spike, Rarity and Trixie. Spike is short, and sometimes greedy, but not really suited to Farquad's character. Rarity is a perfectionist, but I don't know, maybe because she wasn't short. And I've used Trixie as the main villain several times. Then I thought of Diamond Tiara. The thing is it's funny, but it also makes sense! Besides, I've never had DT as the main villain.

I'm glad you didn't use Spike or Rarity, I love them both. I fear what would happen if Diamond Tiara really did come into a position of power like this...that's why I've formed a secret underground resistance always waiting prepared in case of such an eventuality. I hate her so much!! (Which is weird, because if it wasn't for the musical's version of Farquaad, I wouldn't have become interested in the musical and fallen in love with it, it's a long story.) Great job though!

Something I wanna say: If you were to do "My Little Shrek" during November 2015, I bet Starlight Glimmer would have been Lord Farquaad because most of Starlight's scenes would fit well in this song.

Hit all the notes with DT. Especially because DT is prejudiced, not so much out of an actual hatred of those who are different, but out of a need to pump herself us and make herself feel superior. This was clear to me in "Flight to the Finish" when picking on Scootaloo's inability to fly was portrayed as a last ditch attempt to throw them off their game, rather than something she always found pathetic.
