The Binding of Isaac: Repentance - #5 - Unexpected synergy

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is finally here. The latest DLC of this legendary rogue-like has finally arrived and I could not be more excited for another ADVENTURE in Isaac. Repentance is a port of a fan Antibirth mod which features a ton of new items, trinkets and changes to the game. Repentance also includes a TON of other changes, alternative paths, routes and even more never-before-seen items and trinkets!! In this one, we have a hard run which we almost turn around with an unexpected synergy.
Join me on this journey as we try to uncover all of the secret hidden within and as we defeat Isaac again and again.

I did have something similar happen to me, except there was no miscommunication or problems because people universally love Mexican food - although I have to say every time I try to order taquitos they end up feeling a bit soggy and I probably can't face the disappointment again, so if anything, I'd be the person saying "nah you go eat alone" in this specific mexican food miscommunication example.

I love them! It really makes the game feel fresh and like a completely new experience. My favourite part have to be the updated sound effects, I had never realised how much stuff sounds exactly the same until Repentance. Now beams, lasers, brimstone, enemies, and everything else has a certain higher quality level of sound and it's A M A Z I N G!
