For #3 - I would go to the empty restaurant, fewer people = quicker service, less time for waiting. For McDonald's - I am sorry but no matter how they advertise they have sold - I am not buying. :) Thank you for this video. Very informative indeed.
You could showcase high rental properties to your client first and slowly take them down to low-level rental properties..Now, the customer would obviously want to go ahead with the low rental ones...here's where you could come up with different and innovative x-factors that could help you retain the customer at high or mid-range ones...one of the examples could be that the high rental properties would be furnished well with appliances, furniture, etc. ...and you could compare the costs if they would buy those appliances or furniture on their own...the cost of buying and installing on their own would obviously be high with respect to the overall rental cost of high end properties..further, even if they go ahead with a lower-end rental property (which could be kept unfurnished) and install their own furniture or appliances then that approach would again cost them more, as well as they, will have a smaller space to reside in comparison to the high-end ones...Thus, creating a contrast when things would be compared on a long term basis and in terms of overall profitability.
A guy was selling toys in toy store. The owner of the store was left country for a year. When he returned back, he noticed that there were unsold toys (not even one) since he left. The guy said the prices of the toys were around 50$, the owner ordered to change price to 500$. Sales person disagreed, but did that anyway. Shocking thing was all toys sold with in few weeks. This happened in saudi arabia, people like to buy expensive, may be this will not work for us, but its good to know there are people like that!
You're my best mentor. Besides Robert Kiyosaki and other financial video makers, I love you so much. There isn't any single video of yours I haven't liked. You're the best bro.
Many people are surprised this one. This principle can be used in many ways. The simplest way to use it in business is with price. When presented with a $1,000 t-shirt, a $60 dollar T-shirt doesn’t seem as expensive. But if you present a $5 dollar T-shirt first, all of the sudden the $60 dollar T-shirt seems expensive. The "contrast" principle surprised me the most.
It is an interesting principle that can be used in many different settings.
Contrast principle is new to me!! How can I apply that to rental properties?
