"BWV 974" designs the arrangement of the complet Oboe Concerto (not only the Adagio) of Alessandro Marcello by Johann Sebastian Bach. You can find all three movements of "BWV 974" played by Glenn Gould in UA-cam, for instance.

You seriously need to get some education. Or at least look at the piece where it indicates it is Bach's transcription of a piece by Marcello. It is a Baroque piece written by a Baroque composer, transcribed for keyboard by another Baroque composer. This was a common practice of the time. Handel, for example, stole music from everyone, including himself.

Gould's interpretation is the best. You'll easily find it. But then I'd recommend listening to the original concerto, too.
That's not Bach. The melody is taken from the Alessandro Marcello's oboe concerto. Bach did only the arrangement for keyboards.
