Are you guys completely forgetting the fact that Tinker got a complete rework on his abilities most notably Rearm no longer refreshing item cooldowns? Afaik Kiyotaka was a feared Tinker specialist that rarely lost and got respect bans and usually carries the game hard but he hasn't been the same with the hero ever since it got reworked and teams no longer respect ban his Tinker. Just isn't the oppressive force that he was before on top of being a bad performer in under heavy pressure like in this series.
@Bloodynine606 well he couldn't survive burst. If he wanted more burst khanda would give more survivability and burst. He was mostly cc'd. Since he cant one combo burst anyone. Harpoon might even make more sense for burst and so he wasnt kited to oblivion. Pure can be a hit or miss with his builds.

Some special map awareness from them during mid-end game and they win; 3. Absolutely insane map awareness from the start in game 3, when each gank from Liquid is successful and all the opponents' ganks are easily countered. Crushing victory in game 3 by 20 min. Cope more that it is because Luquid boys are good.
