Cats are so small, but when they leave us they always take such a huge piece of our hearts with them.
I've still got a fresh wound from losing my feline friend, Chewy, just about 11 months ago. Vernie and other cats of FFRC has helped me make some ground in healing. The ending shattered me. I'm glad it did. No more pain. No more tears. No more suffering. Love, hope, and faith remain.

What a beautiful tribute to a special cat. Everyone at the rescue center has my sympathy. I lost my cat due to renal failure. I also had to make a difficult decision. Bean crossed the rainbow bridge almost sixteen years ago. I miss him every day. I'm sorry for everybody's loss.

Boy he had a wonderful life at FFRC so much love,so many people to care for him. What a wonderful tribute for a amazing cat,nothing everystood in his way.
I've been so sad since I found out last night. Sweet little Vernie was brought into this world by God to teach thousands of us about ch and to show us that ch kitties are strong, happy kitties full of love to give. Through those teachings, little Vernie surely saved the lives of many ch kitties around the world. He's was, is and will always be a little hero. 🐈⬛💗🙏

Every time I look at my Sam I see Vernon they could be twins... RIP Vernon........
He's good now with plenty of playmates. This is the toughest part of having pets but I've read in more than one place there's a place in heaven where pets go to wait for their owners. It doesn't make it easier to let go but hopefully its true.

What a testament this is to the life that FFRC residents experience. This is their loving, fun, and very happy home all of their days. Love you always, Vernie. Thank you so much to all those who saw to it that he was always a very happy cat. Uppies forever.
When it comes down to the fur babies this is what i have to say. Memories remind us that nothing last forever. Time is precious and should not be wasted. Enjoy life and remember dont count the days, make the days count.

I came across this channel a little under a year ago so wasn't familiar with Vernon as a kitten. He was a pretty kitten who grew into a handsome cat and as I said on another tribute video he will be missed.
