Nah I think Judge Holden has got to be the worst, at least AM has some sort of reason to hate humanity, Judge Holden could easily be a good human being he's intelligent enough to do so, and even when he does something good in the book he proceeds to do the most diabolical thing straight after to whatever good he did. Such as when he saved a disabled person from drowning, then later on used that disabled person on a leash and then used him to attack the remaining survivors of the gang (the Kid and the Ex-priest).
