The beef barons are creaming it while small farmers are going to wall. Meantime our emissions are through the roof. This is government policy. I'm on the Dáil Climate Committe and last week we had the opportunity to put questions to Ms Marie Donnelly, of the Climate Change Advisory Council, but her responses, I feel, leave a lot to be desired.
