Wow. I’ve never understood the way I’ve heard this explained until now. It’s never been as simple as HOLD ON TO THE SUPPORTING LEG. Spinning and turning and not getting it because it doesn’t look THAT different, I’m 46 and don’t do anything like this anymore but my kid does!
