@@drutalero2962 Go to minute 2:08 and you will see there is a mssing piece of the left landing gear that is supposed to cover the fuselage after the wheels are retracted.
Which runway were those aircraft taking off from? 26, 25R, or 25L? As busy as KPHX is, we don't get too many wide body "Heavies", like the Boeing 747, 767, 777, 787, or any of Airbus' wide body heavies like the A330, A340, A350, and if you wait for an A380 to show up, you'll probably wait for the rest of your life because I don't think we'll ever see those here in our life time. About the only heavies I saw in this video were the AA 757s, but they're narrow body aircraft. Hawaiian Air flies the A330s to and from Honolulu, British Airways has flights to London Heathrow on the 747, plus one European airline flies the Boeing 767 to Frankfurt I think 3 flights per week.
Yeah PHX is not as popular as LAX for example that is full of the big ones although is nice to see that American Airlines is now bringing the Dreamliner for some domestic routes like Chicago and of course is nice to see international airlines bringing big ones as well. I’ll try to film the big ones as much as possible! Btw those airplanes were taking off from 7L
@@drutalero2962 Absolutely, and Hawaiian Airlines, used to have 767s in their fleet but they were replaced with the A330 in recent years. I also hear that they're also going to have 787s in their fleet in the near future, hopefully we'll see them at KPHX.
@@MagnumMike44 wow nice to know. I used to watch them take off she why I was doing drill in the ang base at sky harbor. I used to be on the flight extremely close to the jets taking off and landing to the point we had to stop our conversations. So I guess I'm lucky because I got to see it at a vantage point many don't get to. I feel bad because I didn't appreciate it like I should have.
Fantastic footage mate, all well shot and a pleasure to watch :)
Thank you very much! Still working on the quality of the filming!
Awesome video!👍👍. Also I'm going to Sky Harbor tomorrow morning to film planes and put them on my UA-cam channel
That’s awesome!, I’m planning to go on Thursday in the morning as well. I usually go on the weekends.
