Oh my! I’m planning on exploring this at the weekend. Loved the video! Good to see it’s possible with road focused tires!

Hi Carl, you’ll enjoy it, first half is mostly gravel and then it goes downhill rapidly (and literally) but what a hoot! It was more interesting with the tyres, but have done a few more trails since, last one being Cam High Road, and the tyres are almost finished 😂 Enjoy 👍🏻

@@thecampingbiker791 cam high road was my first time off road. Lovely road. Worried about the muddy looking sections 😬

@@CarparkCarl they’re currently putting more hardcore down on Cam Road, I kept having to ride over the humps dumped across it 😂

@@thecampingbiker791 I suppose the constantly evolving nature of these roads means its never a waste to ride the same one twice :D I’ll have to go check it out again when time / pandemic / weather permits :)

Hi Andrew, thanks for the video. I liked the part that you talk about the small towns and village. Just wandering if you know the Altberg motorcycle boots brand, I think the factory is in yorkshire.

Thanks David, I had you in mind and will do more as time goes on, coincidently my riding boots are Altberg, one pair for summer and one for winter, both from factory and winter boots I’ve had 20 plus years with a factory refurbishment about 10 years ago 😆 👍🏻

When covid ends I think Its time to visit my old country, haven't been for many years. Curious to see Sledmere house, buy a pair of altberg boots, and maybe check out the town I was born: Middlesborogh
