Some people may think its "flawed" but the way I see it there is NOTHING wrong with stealing from a thief.

My uncle died in a hit and run and i was the first person to find the driver and turned them in without laying a finger on them because an eye for an eye just makes everyone blind. My issue is that Quinn is keeping the money that should be going back to the actual people who got scammed. Say someone stole a Karambit emerald off you and i stole it off them, with your logic i would then be able to keep it and you would be fine with that.

I mean, I recall a time back in the day (I can't remember who was involved), but some scammer stole a knife from a regular person, and one of the bigger personalities in the scene scammed that scammer to give that knife back to the original person. That person was hailed as a "hero" and nobody saw anything wrong with it. Why is this so much different?
Then the original owner got it back, here it was for personal gain. That’s the difference.

But with the crypto ending at himself is pretty selfish and sort of shows intent, I'd be best having sparkles use his broadcast to give the money back to his victims by them submitting video proof of their losses and give SparklesCorp the ability to sort through who needs it most and divide accordingly. Every single video would be admissible in a court. (besides non actual victims)

A discord mod has no business fighting for justice for millionaires who made bad investment decisions.
And even worse, then he wanted to appear gracious, by saying "my family really needs the money", when his cs inventory has more money than he scammed. He can't own up to the fact, that he's a greedy, but in his narcissistic mind wants to gaslight everybody around him of how perfect he is. His family doesn't need the money and even if they did, they wont see the money, he scammed.

I know this, I was also scammed, someone hacked my account, I had some skins, not many, but for me it was a lot, worth 1000 euros, and my games started disappearing, someone was deleting them, supposedly Valve's help contacted me , unfortunately it was a scammer and I fell for it, instead of trading the skins to my friend, the scammer got in and grabbed them, as it happens, so over time I started from the beginning. That's why I don't trust anyone now, free scythes, etc.

Scamming a scammer is fun and seems good, but it too is illegal. It's not us to judge where he got the money or his bankruptcy case. If any of you guys were labeled as a scammer, do you think others should be able to walk in your house and take anything in it? nope...same with this case.

You have a responsibility when it comes to your discord. If someone get's scammed by your admin. You have to take action.
The admin did this outside of your discord. They made the deals person to person. They abused both your and the scammed persons trust.
You did what was expected from you. You talked to the scammer. You told him two wrongs doesnt make a right.
And the scammer will never ever work for you again.

I got scammed by my steam friend of 5 years , we were bros , one time he asked to borrow my skin for tournament and he just dissapeared since then.

The way I see it, if Aiden really is a scammer and your discord mod scammed him, there's nothing all that morally wrong. However he shouldn't be a mod anymore.
Quinn's mindset is exactly what makes the world a shitty place. "I can steal/hurt/etc because he stole/hurt/etc.". It's the same mindset dumbass cheaters in CS have "I'm just cheating because he's cheating". And look what happens, you end up with a shitload of cheaters... or in the real world: scammers, liars, thiefs, criminals etc. Two wrongs don't make a right. If you want the world to be a better place, then YOU need to be the change you want to see. I have no idea how to feel about this, on one hand, he backstabbed someone which would make me uneasy keeping him on my team, cuz the next bullet could come for you, but then again, people beef all the time and you won't be cutting out your friend just because he fought and did unethical things to his enemy, right? But you don't know him personally, so maybe stepping him down was the best move.
I dont know what to think about this, the issue I have is this is your brand Sparkles, I think for future admins you need to make it clear to them they cant make cash deals under the there alias as a admin in the server, as if it happens again it could be detrimental, I'm just talking as a long time subscriber id hate for anything bad to happen to potentially tarnish the brand in the future. My honest opinion it is good that he scammed aiden (ik bad thing to say) but because he dif it it means that it can be tracked and used on the investigation against him since it seems he was embezzling the funds snd since csgo skins arent always investigated as assets it could blow up the entire case snd show where hes hiding the funds aka csgo skins
I think this could have been a cool Robinhood story.... Steal the 10k from the scammer, setup a fund that reimburses the scammers victims if they can prove they lost money from him. Yeah scamming is wrong, but if you have a chance to help victims, it's also a little bit of poetic justice.
