Why use ghost howling before soul cleaving? Won't it decrease your dmg by 40% while only adding 30 and 20%?
Edit: I get it, it's to weaken the enemy not to do most amount of dmg.

Soul Cleaving also treats debuffs as Force and only Force. It does not get -40% from Weaken and does not get its damage reduced by Attack Down
