Religion has captured the Right but it’s the Old Testament that binds them. The Right is traditional and they like authority and they like convention which ironically is shocking they are against transgenderism bc transgenderism sticks to traditional views on men and women, eg trans espouses “women are defined by certain characteristics (femininity); therefore, if you are male you may not dress feminine, feel feminine or act and present as feminine but if you do then… based on gender roles defined by old age tradition .. you must therefore have been born in the wrong body and you should have been a woman. The antidote is to medicalize yourself into being a woman.” In the flip side a truly progressive thought for a man who likes femininity (dressing, make up, heels and all other traditional “feminine” ways) would be to tell the man own it, wear what you want - a dress and lip stick and lace and nylons weren’t made just for women. Think David Bowie, Boy George, and others like even Prince - they broke apart gender boxes and that was very progressive. 😍 But bc the Right sticks to traditional they, as does trans ideology, prefer to stick to gender boxes and tell you you must change your gender to a woman and yiu can not be a man if you want to look and behave feminine.
Nothing makes my day more than hearing parents complain about their children over the summer. As a teacher I can honestly say... Your fault your problem.

My specialist died. I don't want to go to a stranger. I SPILL constantly! I'm knocking things over! It's ridiculous. I have to have a lid!
I drove around Tulsa for four hours tripping on acid looking for the single head shop in 1989. And I had to use a phone book and call the place at least 3x. I even had a paper map. Those were the days. Edit: and I couldn't let my mom do my laundry after age 13 or she would burn my Iron Maiden tees.

even if I don't use directions, GPS has saved me time and again for those of us directionally challenged. "Sippy cups" for adults helps keep my kids and I from having debris in our cups, keeps people from easily messing w ur drinks, prevents serious spills at work, etc. Spot on with being responsible for creating our own problems with house chores/survival essentials when we don't have our kids wash their own clothes, their own dishes, trash, recycling, and more. Being an adult and having your mom still do your laundry and buy your clothes is embarrassing. There are laundromats that wash, sort, and fold your clothes and more cost effective than doing your own laundry at a coin service laundry or at home with your own water and energy consumption --let alone time spent.
I hope you ladies read these comments, or have some of them forwarded to you. I have a Samsung (I think you have to have an iPhone to leave an iTunes review, no??) phone now and I didn't see a way for Spotify to allow me to do anything other than give your podcast a rating - didn't see any option for comments for the review, for example. This one has been on my mind for a while: I HAVE HAD IT with auto-correct, on my phone! I consider myself an excellent speller and I have a decent grasp on grammar. Auto-correct is constantly replacing words that are correct with incorrect ones; it frequently replaces "show" with "shoe." Yet, words that I have spelled incorrectly are sometimes not caught, even if the word used doesn't appear to be in the English language. I have had it! A convenient tool ends up a hinderance because I'm often taking more time to correct what was changed for me and having to proof-read every comment because I catch at least 1 error in almost every comment that I do post. Texts aren't a problem area so much; it's specifically leaving UA-cam comments that are slandered. I've considered turning the future off...I fear that when I do is the time I start making all of the typos that I don't catch!

She bent down and my eyes were right their "no elastic back in the day" and let's just say the curtains matched the drapes. Best day of my life!

Geeze pumps, you're a babier. I was weaned off of the bottle when i started eating pureed foods, and can get anywhere without a GPS. Even went over seas at 18 and had to heard all the other kids to the place we were supposed to meet at because if i followed them I'd be stuck there. At five years old id walk to my friend's house on the corner and even go to a neighbor's house to get things from a yard sale. Even have gone to the store by myself and took taxi/bus.

Guess you girls have not reached the age where you loose all your hair. At 65 had a hip replaced, They said we'll have to shave you. I answered, "Oh no you won't." And, they dd not. Another plus of aging, although I was never that hairy. (White hair as a kid too.) 68 and still hairless! Hardly any grays too which blends well into my natural highlights at the salon.
