Привет , Мартин. Мы посмотрели видео - фильм о Вашей семье в России который ты рекламируешь.
Довольно унылый фильм. Потому что они сделали акцент не на том как Вашей семье хорошо в России. А на последствиях наводнения . Похоже их ничего не интересовало кроме наводнения . Довольно унылый ,депрессивный фильм.
И еще один момент..... скажи пожалуйста ....почему ты крестишь свое пузо ?....Это говорит о том ,что в Храм ты пришел только для съемок . Это комичное зрелище . На службы ,исповедь и причастие раз в неделю ты не ходишь. Дружище сочувствую тебе. Довольно удручающе .
Мартин , ты говоришь много глупостей . Что значит дом списан ?)))) Дом еще 300 лет простоит. Просто нужно высушить . За лето просушится . Продажа дома сейчас - это большая глупость.
В России отлично строят дома . Русские дома выдерживают морозы и наводнения .

компания "Просушка" - вакуумная сушка домов ,востановление после затоплений. Не реклама . Ваккуумная откачка воды из конструкций дома ,из стен и перекрытий .
Я посмотрел... Нормуль... Как у нас говорят... Руки ноги целы... Значит всё в порядке... Тяжело терять, но это временно... Будьте здоровы и счастливы

Сбор только для Мартина чреват проблемами. Иначе другие жители поселка тоже захотят. Надо на весь коттеджный поселок открывать сбор.

@@marias5088 если телеканал откроет сборы только для одной семьи, то другие семьи будут считать себя обделенными. Поэтому логично, что сбор надо открывать на всех пострадавших.
@@marias5088 тем более, телеканал принадлежит государству. Было бы частное лицо, тогда логично. Вот, как например, сборы на армию. Частные блоггеры открывают сборы на определенные бригады, государственные, например есть ведущий с Радио России, он ведёт сбор на все бригады в целом
There were many comments in previous videos that the house could be dried, disinfected, etc. And many people live in such houses after the flood. Personally, I wouldn't live in a house that was almost completely flooded. Decide what you will do. You are right in saying that it would be foolish to invest money now in repairing a flooded house, and then suddenly decide that you will not live in it.

Buracracy of Orenburgh , who is definitely at fault of what wasn't properly built, must reimburse all who were hit by flood . Weather isn't at fault, faulty fortifications are at fault. Whomever is at fault for building what can't hold water must be bought to justice .

I just remember the bad flood in Ahrtal in Germany in 2021.
None of the politicians were held responsible there,
who had acted grossly negligently and resulted in 135 deaths
have conscience.
The reconstruction was a complete disaster, even after two years
It looked and still looks very bad there in some places.
I just hope that things are going better with the processing in Russia,
than in Germany...
Dam was build for 5.5 meters. The flood waters reached 11.5 meters. How is it beuracrocy fault? Even if the dam was perfect it will still be completely useless.
Also, you do understand that the flooding happend through the entire region and multiple other regions? Most of the flooding happening in the regions completely not connected to this dam. If this dam held , the situation would have been the same.

Дом надо "пересписывать", а не "перестраивать". Мне это было понятно с самого начала наводнения.
Этот очень мудрое решение и отношение к ситуации, Мартин. Кто-то из известных священников сказал: во время испытаний не спрашивайте Бога "ЗА ЧТО это?", спрашивайте "ДЛЯ ЧЕГО?" . В испытаниях мы становимся сильнее, закаляемся, набираемся мудрости, многому учимся. Вся история России такая - одно испытание за другим, оттого и народ крепкий. Помните, сильное давление превращает графит в алмаз!😉

Sometimes ,little do we know but all good for you to be safe. This happened in many parts in Greece. People fled after severe rainstorms, their homes were next to rivers. to a strong grounded land. Мартин, это конечно невероятно тяжёлая ситуация и испытание для вас с Юлией и детьми! Очень удачно, что вам удалось заселиться в новый дом, буду держать за вас кулачки🤝 Прекрасно то что, Федеральное правительство и в этот раз, готово компенсировать затраты для потерявших дом и имущество! Тогда станет окончательно понятно что предпринять.
П.С. как я вижу по комментам, не все поняли силу и масштаб стихии! Часть Казахстана и наши соседние области оказались ЗАТОПЛЕНЫ водами Урала! Река местами поднялась выше 11 метров!!!
В Воронеже, тоже была ранняя весна, но у нас из-за тёплой зимы снег не накапливается как когда-то (увы) И да - таких летних ☝️температур как по Ю.Уралу в Черноземье всё равно не было!

@@Olga-ds6gm ну 100 тыс, лучше чем совсем ничего. Я в России живу, нормальный у меня оптимизм. Моя семья такое в 90-е переносила, что главное правило - ты жив-здоров, а все остальное будет.
У вас разумные рассуждения по поводу дома. Вы так заботитесь о семье, что вас не будут покидать мысли в ожидании непредвиденного в дальнейшем с вашим домом, если вы останитесь в нем жить после ремонта. Потратите много денег на восстановление. Может, это шанс переехать в дом с большим садовым участком. Очень сочувствую вам и другим людям в вашей ситуации. Желаю сил и терпения все преодолеть. Следим за вами. Хотелось бы, чтобы государство предоставило вам существенную финансовую помощь.

Хотя разум говорил обратное. Стены, фундамент, утеплитель, плесень, постоянная память о случившемся, риск затопления в последующие годы, все это ставит крест на этом проекте.

Just watched well done Martin agreed with what you talked about, Russiaphobia in the U.K. is something we went through for many years arriving in Russia in the 90’s and went back to the U.K. spent a lot of time and moved back 5 years ago.We have our own apartment in Moscow and land inside a secure territory.

Мне кажется что торопиться преждевременно. Нужно дождаться решения государства, я считаю что обязательно будет реакция, просто все у нас не быстро. Компенсацию дадут или послабления по ипотеке. Непонятно как в целом после сушки будет себя вести дом. Кто-то писал что попадал в похожую ситуацию и обошлось. Рынок сейчас будет переполнен такими же домами, за бесценок продавать глупо. Тем более что пинок местные чиновники получат такой, что сами все починят и скорее всего ещё лет 200 таких наводнений не будет. В общем, ребятам где-то надо жить, так что вместо советов давайте хоть по 100 руб скинемся. От этого толку будет больше

Myślę , że rozumiem to, że chce Pan wyburzyć ten dom , ten dom kojarzy się ze złymi wspomnieniami i zawsze wchodząc do niego będzie Pan wspominał przykre zdarzenia . I myślę , że zawsze na wiosnę będzie pojawiać się strach przed kolejną powodzią . Ja chyba postąpiłabym podobnie i zaczęła nowe życie w nowym miejscu . Życzę powodzenia

That YT channel is about the American Chatolic family (the wife is Australian) with 6 children and 7th on the way that moved to suburban Moscow in September 2023. He's alredy found a job as an IT manager in a Moscow High Tech firm without any knowledge of the Russian language. 🎉

1. These grounds are susceptible to flooding, in this years’ case - biblical. So if you build anything in the house’s place it should be a structure like they build in Florida swamps - on tall columns.
2. Unless you rebuild the house completely, you’ll never be 100% sure if it will stand 10-15-20-30 years. And for rebuilding - check the item above. ☝🏻
3. And last, but not least, it’s better for your peace of mind to move, too many memories of utter helplessness about the flooding.

Your thinking regarding the house has evolved in a good way. I agree with you that it isn't really salvageable at this point. I sure wouldn't want to move back in after all the filthy water and God only knows what else having been there.
Perhaps you could work out a rent-to-buy with the landlord of the place you are renting if you really like it.
God is watching out for you and your family. When bad things happen, it is only normal to wonder if He is still part of your life. However, as you pointed out, perhaps there is a reason why all of this is happening. You and Yulia are young and have many blessed years ahead of you both to enjoy raising your children. The good Lord always look after his flock.

I'm so glad that you are contemplating not living in that house again. You're right it could happen again, why take a chance. The rental looks like a gardener's paradise. Personally, I would choose to see about purchasing that or something similar. In New York we have summer homes, and many converted to year-round. Best time of my life were living in the "dacha" type places. Your children are what comes first, and country type living is more wholesome. Bless you and your adorable family. Go with your gut feeling, you seem very levelheaded.

I would hire a cleaning company first (I don't think it would be too expensive), then do a light redecorating, try to get a compensation and then sell the house. You'll need to save some more money and buy a new house.

I understand you guys are used to living in a place that has great home insurance and it can salvage anything and write it off but unfortunately there are tons of people that lost wooden homes and don’t even have a structure so I believe once everything dies down I think you can salvage it the foundation can always be repaired and those cracks that you guys have their very small since the house was just built and was fresh I went through a harsh winter it is normal for it to settle and get certain cracks but if you clean out You will be fine, yes I will take a while to repair it, but it’s still a good home trust me! Most people don’t have the money to go and get anything else and they will salvage everything they possibly can and that is the Russian way to salvage whatever you can to make the best out of it and to move on this will make you stronger
Insurance adjusters, building inspectors must be brought in.
Someone cut corners while building. You must learn their names and forward it to protect authority.

Full compensation for all lost property is not possible. I mean that, for example, all houses have a bathroom, a sink, a toilet, but in one house it will be an ordinary sink and a toilet, and in another house it may be a golden sink and a golden toilet bowl. Certainly, the state will not compensate for the cost of the lost golden toilet bowl. The same applies to all other furniture, household appliances, etc. I assume the compensation calculation will be based on the average cost or so

Mmmm, comes to Russia, adopts orthodoxy, sees house buried in water but at same time can't help but admire sunset and the beauty of nature. Ends up cleaning written off house between trips to Cossack steppe to admire nature. Almost like Russian it's a story from 19th century great Russian writer. Not easy, hopefully life can come back from Russian story to mundane normality.

As heart breaking and gut wrenching that it is, slow down, take a few big breaths and wait to hear about compensation. It really isn't worth your health if if you get sick. Your family needs you. 🙏 p.s. glad you still have your car! Although this probably won't happen again in your lifetime, contemplate storing items (e.g. off season clothes, pictures, important documents) in plastic tote boxes with tight lids. It might save some important items because the totes will likely float.
Absolutely the right decision. I think you will find that it floods at the same time next year. With children, being out in the countryside will be far nicer. You could turn the house into an airbnb rather than live in it yourself but I think the government will write off the whole housing estate.
