Mate, you're going to love it! Takes a little preparation, but the result is amazing. Also the thickness of the cuts make them very forgiving of overcooking. You could in principle apply the same technique to any thick cut of steak- I've done it with scotch fillet and rump, but the rump cap is superior in my experience. Let me know how you go!
