    M v mathili brahmin hu aapko suggest karna chahti take ur food before 7 pm and totally avoid junk food, choose only one day in a week for ur cheat meal take less roti and rice and more and more salad, sabji, daal u definitely get a result ❤ m cooks and vlogs, neerakshi vlogs, and thakur family tino k har vlogs dekhti hu but this was my 1st comment for ur better health, m Dil se chahti hu aap thik ho jaye phele k tarah khubsurat dikhe❤
