Hey guys, this is the first episode of the build series of a couple of our KTM Enduro / Supermotos.
The bike here is a 2019 model KTM 690 Enduro R, which will be sumo converted but still keeping the option to go enduro mode.
In this video we are installing a Wings Exhaust.

The tip of using the zip tie to tighten the main clamp so the bolt can be threaded through worked great -- thx!

Did adding this exhaust change the throttle feel and fueling from the Oem one?

Don’t forget to reinstall the gasket from old exhaust

How to you remove it? Mine is attached to the old exhaust and looks brittle af...

Are you sure that the "up" marking shouldn't be facing up since connecting the pipe backwards is impossible due to the original clamp?

The ECU calibration bit was worth a sub! No issues with engine light, right? Also, did you use the lube, given all the male/female insertions ;-) ? Thanks for posting this - my 2023 690 is on order.

You decided not to swap the OEM Exhaust gasket? The instructions tell you to do so to seal it well...

Hello. I'm also a owner of 2019 690 enduro R. I'd like to change my front fender and headlight mask for black like you did. Where did you get yours? Are they from 690 SMC?

Hi bro. Yeah theyre from the 2019 SMC r.
Take note, that the front fork covers do NOT fit from SMC r to enduro. Only front Fender and headlight mask 😁🙏🏻

Not bad that a 2% weight reduction. How much weight can you shave off this bike by remove epa stuff and non necessary things.
If you could shave off 10 pounds more that would be very intresting
