Haven't finished watching yet but I really like the Friday night dinner when Rory and Lorelei show up but neither Emily nor Richard are home and they end up ordering pizza and sitting on the carpet with their socks off lol
I can tell you both really like your families. I think Lorelai overreacts a lot to the dinners but as someone who dislikes her family, I understand her. I’d hate to give up my Friday nights for the foreseeable future, especially with a mother like Emily. Sure, she could have sucked it up and dealt with it but that’s not Lorelai 😂
I think watching mrs Kim and Emily sparing more over antiques at a Friday night dinner would have been mint 💖
